Good facilities, room is not big but very clean. Good location to the top of the mountain. Very good restaurant next to the hotel. Breakfast is simple but quality is good especially the home made butter .The best is the service level of all the employees, very kind and helpful. Bergamo is a very nice city and worth the stay of more than one night. Will come again.

Cons:

alcine cose gravi. La camera aveva un odore intenso di fogna dal bagno quando siamo entrati abbiamo notato anche la finestra. Probabilmente la signora delle pulizie lo ha fatto per far andare via odore purtroppo entravano le cimici dall'esterno per di piu avevamo problemi di temperatura e alla mattina lamentandoci ci siamo sentiti dire che lo sapevano che le camere su quell'ala del hotel avevano quel problema. Se lo sai non lasci la stanza prenotabile. Non corretto.
