Pour un 4* la tenue des membres à l'accueil manque de classe (chemise sortie du pantalon).
Chambres propres et grandes. Bien equipées (mini bar).
L'hôtel est très proche de sites les plus importants à visiter. Se balader près du quartier El Tubo est un plus!
Le service a l'accueil, le personnel est très distant. Ils pourraient nous vendre mieux leur ville donner des conseils ainsi que parler de sites (insolites) à visiter.

O quarto tinha ar condicionado avariado, situação resolvida depois de comunicada na recepção. O preço do pequeno almoço 22€ / pessoa é exagerado.

Lo unico bueno es la ubicacion si no vas en coche ya que si llevas coche el hotel no tiene parking . Tienen uno publico concertado pero si arrastras mucho equipaje no es comodo ya que esta a cierta distancia .
La limpieza de la habitacion dejaba mucho que desear ... Los estores de la ventana no cerraban y el estor de detras para quitar la luz exterior tampoco cerraba con lo que en la planta 9 tenia toda la luz del mundo ... Es un hotel venido a menos . Necesita reformas y actualizarlo . Camas incomodas .

Geen warm water op de eerste kamer maar is ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de upgrade naar een junior suite

The Zaragozans know how to party and the street outside could be a little noisy but nothing that keeping the windows closed and the air con on didn't solve
