A hotel that probably had better days. Nice and well located, but not worth its cost today
Pros:

The location is pretty amazing, you have the tram right there, buses and can walk to center landmarks and restaurants very quickly.
We got a free upgrade to a junior suite, which we appreciated, the room was big and with good view and lots of day light. Towels and bed sheets are good quality. Breakfast has decent coffee and sweets options. Most staff are friendly.

Cons:

First and foremost, as some people mention, the hotel gives a vibe of having been overlooked in its care. You can smell humidity in hallways and in the room. There are lots of areas not in use (a cafeteria permanently closed, an indoor pool not accessible, etc). Lots of space totally not utilized and therefore wasted and it leaves a bad impression of you’re in a big but semi dead space.

The room had certain aspects to improve: the blinds wouldn’t close fully so it’s hard to get a good rest with the room never dark, no brush to clean the toilet, no space near the toilet/shower to leave any object, the shower head was semi broken and the water came with low pressure. A waste for such a great large shower.

Breakfast, while with options, has some things unworthy of a 4 star hotel: you can’t have heating trays for food and NOT use them and serve cold eggs, bacon and sausage. Also cold milk only for the coffee. And two notes to breakfast staff: one, you can’t have guests arrive 45 min before closing and find 70% of empty trays (bread, fruit, cold meats, cheese) and no one refills them until asked. Two, it’s not polite to start removing glasses and plates from the guest before you make sure they are actually finished eating / drinking. At the very least ask first.

Me gustó la calidad del hotel y la ubicación

Cons:

No me gustó la atención al cliente porque no resolvieron mi problema que en la ducha el agua salía hasta la habitación por un atasco de agua. Expliqué la situación a recepción y me dijeron que iría un tecnico pero no me resolvieron la situación. Con lo que los días posteriores no nos pudimos volver a duchar y habíamos pagado por todo. Me sentí decepcionada. A la hora de irnos ni mil disculpas ni nada. No volveré

Très bel hôtel au cœur de Saragosse. Chambre spacieuse et confortable au standard 4 étoiles.

Cons:

La piscine panoramique est plutôt un petit bassin de détente, sans être un jacuzzi. Il ne permet pas de nager quoiqu’il en soit. La terrasse solarium est petite et accueille dix clients maximum. La piscine intérieure était fermée.

Ubicacion de 10.
Pros:

Ubicacion perfecta para disfrutar del centro de zaragoza con una pequeña piscina para los dias de calor, personal amable y gran desayuno. Recomendable

Cons:

Nuestra habitacion daba a la calle principal y el tranvía estaba en funcionamiento desde la madrugada, si es asi estas ventanas deberían tener un aislamiento acustico mayor del que tenian

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Right on the corner of the main shopping street that goes down to the basilica, and easy walking distance to El Tubo and other great areas.
