ロケーションは良好。お部屋はまぁまぁでした。
Pros:

オーナーさんがとても良い方でした。

Cons:

1番上の階がちょうどハイウェイの横に位置していて、車の騒音がひどかったです。
あと、コーヒーマシーンがどの部屋にもセッティングされていていくらでもリフィルの粉もあったのですが、使い方がどうしてもわからず、簡単なインストラクションを置いてくれればよいのに、と思いました

Cons:

Locali sporchi, posateria e pentole unte come unte anche le sedie. Materassi esausti e cuscini senza una minima consistenza. Porte interne ed esterne vecchie e sporche. Si nota che nel tempo non vi è stata alcuna attenzione alla pulizia ed alla cura degli ambienti.

В целом все было хорошо
Pros:

Расположение, планировка квартиры, удобства, интерьер.

Cons:

Хорошо было бы освежить постельное белье перед заселением. Вся постель пахла стойкими духами предыдущих арендаторов.
