Locali sporchi, posateria e pentole unte come unte anche le sedie. Materassi esausti e cuscini senza una minima consistenza. Porte interne ed esterne vecchie e sporche. Si nota che nel tempo non vi è stata alcuna attenzione alla pulizia ed alla cura degli ambienti.

Расположение, планировка квартиры, удобства, интерьер.

Cons:

Хорошо было бы освежить постельное белье перед заселением. Вся постель пахла стойкими духами предыдущих арендаторов.

Great location but ok room
Pros:

Very central location, near to the rail station, easy for uber or bolt, and just off Rue D'Antibes and La Croisette. The bakery below was great for breakfast treats, as well, the mini supermarket, Carrefour City

Make sure to request a room with a window or you may end up with a windowless room as we did. No natural light so had to set an alarm to wake up.
