Pros:

Fabulous stay in every way. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing and so very helpful and kind location is in a beautiful area surrounded by greenery. Lovely boutique, hotel, and highly highly recommend.

Quiet, Comfortable, Good Location and great restaurant!
Pros:

Wonderful stay at this non-chain delighful hotel. Nestled in a quiet area yet near to metro lines, the location is great and convenient. The service was friendly and the rooms pleasant. An unexpected surprise was the wonderful restaurant that made our evening dining decision easy. Combine this with a fair price and you have a winner!

Lovely Gem!
Pros:

A lovely little hotel tucked away in Vitacura! We absolutely loved the quirky décor and the warm, attentive service. We stayed for three nights and truly wished we could have stayed longer.

The restaurant staff were wonderful, and the food was excellent. After a very disappointing lunch experience in Valparaíso earlier that day, coming back to Bidasoa for dinner completely turned things around for us. Ricardo, our waiter, was outstanding—he even surprised us with fried rice and took exceptional care of us throughout the evening. Luis Mano was equally kind and attentive during breakfast and lunch. There were many other staff members who contributed to our stay as well, even if I can’t recall all their names.

At the front desk, Helida, Valentina, and Nicole were consistently helpful, friendly, and efficient. Anything we needed was handled promptly and always with a smile.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!
