Great small hotel with good food and wonderful staff
Pros:

Great interior design and boutique feel. Restaurants and food great. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

WiFi on our 4th floor room was sporadic. They didn’t fill the water bottles they supplied for 2 days.

Cons:

Menyn fanns bara elektronisk, men personalen hjälpte till att fixa telefonerna. Läget var lite isolerat i villakvarter, vilket betydde taxi hela tiden

Música del Restaurant de la terraza y de la gente conversando hasta por lo menos la media noche. (El Restaurant cierra a las 11, pero si quedan personas comiendo se extiende por lo menos hasta la media noche.

Best place to stay in Santiago
Pros:

Location mostly but this is a very special boutique hotel where you don’t feel you are staying in a hotel. Wonderful staff. The restaurant is amazing. A wonderful breakfast is included. We’ve been staying at Bidasoa every time we come to Santiago for over 3 years. I recommend it highly. Also, it’s pet friendly

Cons:

Nothing bad to say. Never had a problem or issue. Always going above and beyond to accommodate me

Fantástica! El hotel hizo que mi estadía en Santiago fuera especial y distinta!
Pros:

El desayuno fue fantástico, infinita variedad, salado, dulce, fruta cereales e, inclusive, pastelería vegana increíble. De los mejores desayunos de hotel que tuve. Había opción de café en termo y también expendedora Lavazza.

Lovely little hotel in Santiago
Pros:

I highly recommend Bidasoa for a great stay in Santiago! The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is located in a pretty, quiet area of the city. I had a great lunch, eating outside at their restaurant Casa Sanz. The swimming pool is small but lovely :)
Be aware that you'll need to take a taxi/Uber anywhere you go, but they're not expensive and readily available. It's so nice to come back to Bidasoa at the end of the day!
