Location

Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing. The furniture is old and the room was not properly cleaned, with dust still visible on the surfaces. The breakfast was also very basic and nothing special.
The only real advantage is the great location. Other than that, the overall experience was below expectations and definitely needs improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Cons:

Before paying via Booking.com it mentioned that my children will get free breakfast regardless of age. But at the counter of registration, staff said I need to pay around rm20+ for my 8year old child.

Just make do
Pros:

Location is easy as there are a lot of food outlets accessible on foot. Two shopping places also within walking distance. Certain rooms come with a sea view.

Cons:

The choices of breakfast menu, the quality and taste of the food and the organization of the restaurant during peak hours when the guests come for breakfast is disappointing. I might consider that the F&B manager or the floor manager or basically the General Manager might not have ample experience in management of the hotel. I used to stay at this hotel before and comparatively my stay those days are much better than this time, especially when it comes to food quality.
