strategic location. in town easy to commute and near to everything. easy to find food to shop. near to beach near to mall.

the room is okay, above average. but the toilet seriously need deep clean or refurbish? its seriously digusting with all the stain.
on my second day - i comeback around 1.40pm - my room still in a mess. no make up room? called receptionist asked for fresh towel and top-up other necessity no need to make up the room since we already back, i waited 2 hour plus and called them back twice only to be told that no fresh towel available? we ended up getting towel at 5pm ++. the breakfast is okay above average - we enjoyed it. however the hotel staff need more training, since the breakfast place is limited, guest need to line up, unfortunately some people did not line up and just go to available with out waiting for the staff and ignore the other guest for waited for the table and staff just let it be. on my 2 day it happened more than twice and hotel staff just ignore. please please improve i believe all hotel staff need more training. the way you handle guest the way you talk to guest is matter.

Parking sangat limited. Dan lebih mengecewakan tentang layanan guard di situ. Berkata kasar tak boleh parking di situ kerana itu parking motor(sedangkan itu adalah parking kereta). Apabila suami berkata tiada parking yg kosong, dia berkata, itu saya tak tau. Kene cari parking sendiri/parking luar yg merisiko kan kompaun dari majlis/pbt. Alasan parking penuh kerana ada event di sebelah. Kenapa guest event yg diberi keutamaan? Sedangkan di luar dh tertulis parking hanya utk guest hotel shj

Nasib baik ade staf hotel wanita memberikan parking dia kepada sy. Apabila suami turun ke kereta kembali, motor yang diletakkan di petak kereta telah tiada. Bagaimanapun sign board “no parking” masih berada di situ. Fyi, petak tersebut bukan reserved parking. Sangat kecewa dengan layanan lps tangan yg diberikan. Tiada solution yg dicadangkan sedangkan ini adalah kali pertama sy menginap di sini. Dgn layanan (berkata kasar), ini adalah kali pertama dan terakhir sy menginap di sini dan saya tidak akan mencadangkan kepada sesiapa pun utk menginap di hotel ini

everything was great, breakfast was great, room and cleanliness of toilet was great, the facilities, towels and linen were clean and great. There are some yellow spots on the linen but i guess because this is an old hotel but otherwise its not so bad. definitely can come back if u want to shop at pasar payang. the staffs were great as well, fulfilling my last minute request, im very thankful!
