A good accommodation option in KT if all the above mentioned shortcomings are improved.
Pros:

Its location…in the centre of town… within walking distance to eateries and malls ie Mayang Mall and KTC Mall. Short driving to Pantai Batu Buruk and the bridge.

Breakfast buffet… good options of breakfast menu… delicious local dish such as nasi dagang, noodles, bread and cereals. No teh tarik served, however.

Cons:

The housekeeping service…stayed for 4D3N during peaks time ie long public holiday…check in should be at 3.00pm but our room was only ready after 5.00pm… no towels in the room and only delivered at 10pm after much insistance.
During the whole stay, room was cleaned only twice after requested but not the full cleaning work was done eg room was not vacuum, bedsheet not changed and stained pillow cases.

Sarapan , bilik dan lokasi sangat baik untuk bercuti kerana hotel terletak sangat berdekatan pusat bandar serta pusat beli belah.

Cons:

Bilik TV tidak mesra pengguna perlukan wifi dan Id sendiri. Sepanjang tinggal 2 hari 1 malam tidak dapat buka TV untuk melihat berita dan perkembangan semasa .

Bilik besar dan bersih. Tandas bersih, makanan pun sedap

Cons:

Parking sangat terhad. Kawasan parking sangat tak selesa kerana kereta di park secara senget.

Rundown, outdated, dirty, mold on shower curtains, poor amenities, low quality of mattress, pillows are flat and bedspread are old and shabby. Breakfast spread are tasteless and not much choices.
