Not good, we got sick from same breakfast every morningm. Nit worth the pay

Did not like the property, will not recommend

Cons:

First day check in we were waiting, two staff at the desk was talking in their language ignoring us. Finally they got us checked in after the wait & gave us third floor room without elevator, told us elevator was broken. So we requested a different room, but would be next day & was kind of blaming us that we did not tell them before that there were 2 seniors. Anyway, the next day they made us choose to stay in same room & use the kitchen elevator or transfer to a different room with elevator, of course we choose the room with the elevator. Stay was not good, they serve the same breakfast everyday & you could see that that were like leftovers from previous day. We had stomach problems during our stay. Staff was not nice, you ask for toilet paper, they give you one, they here’s three of us sharing.
My nephew call this a wretched place. Worst that we had stayed. We did stay because the booking was none refundable.

Un lugar muy bonito y limpio

Cons:

A la hora de utilizar el retrete fue muy incómodo ya que se tardaba mucho el agua en volver a cargar y no vaceaba con buena presión, tocaba esperar un montón

Staff muito prestável, sitio para estacionar, muito limpo e calmo e muito próximo do santuário.

Cons:

Precisa claramente de algum investimento, já se nota a idade. Fomos tomar o pequeno almoço às 09:30 e quase já não havia comida.

Pros:

O pequeno almoço continental é servido em buffet numa sala espaçosa. A simpatia da rececionista. Ter estacionamento no local. A proximidade do Santuário.

Cons:

Falta de um caixote de lixo na casa de banho ou no quarto. A água do chuveiro saía com pouca pressão e pouca quantidade (quarto 407).

A simpatia das funcionárias.

Cons:

Tivemos que mudar de quarto porque o ar condicionado não funcionou, no duche tinha uma cortina que se colava ao corpo e a água saía e molhava tudo.
