Un petit hôtel de charme parfait pour découvrir Pera et l'Istanbul historique
Pros:

emplacement quasiment sur Istiklal, des metros Sishane et Tünel; bel hôtel dans un bâtiment art nouveau de Pera; lieu chargé d'histoire (emplacement historique du Général-Comte de Bonneval devenu pacha de l'artillerie ottomane.

pas de petit-déjeuner sur place

Luxurious.
Pros:

There was a kitchenette area, a desk area. The room was large, loved the dressing gown and the first hotel I stayed at that had good quality disposable slippers that I could actually use.
Lovely bathroom basin and shower. Lots of space. Great mirrors. Water was supplied every day. Very helpful concierge . The hotel is a few steps to Istiklal street. It was very quiet in spite of this. The Galata tower is a flat walk away. The Galata bridge is easily assessable via a funicular that takes you up and down what otherwise would be a steep climb back. There is a lift in the hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like, however, the carpet in the hallway as with all carpets, had some soiled spots. The bed cover had what may have been a bleach spot. Those are areas that could be addrsssed to improve.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel in a good location. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I had a large room, very clean and big comfortable bed. They provide lovely dressing gowns and all the cosmetics you need. Would definitely use again.

Cons:

Shame they don't offer breakfast but lots of restaurants near the hotel

Tolles Hotel mit unglaublich nettem Personal.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen Balkon. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Frühstück gibt es im Hotel nicht. Dafür wurden uns sehr schöne Frühstücksplätze vom Hotel empfohlen. Diese waren in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels.

Pros:

I was excited to return to my favorite hotel when I saw they had availability. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff are always welcoming, professional, friendly and accommodating. They're the Best! The location of hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, cafes, historical sites and various modes of transportation. I leave Türkiye in a couple of days and I will miss all their smiley faces! Thank you kindly, Beautiful People for your wonderful hospitality!

A gem of a hotel
Pros:

This is a small hotel in a great location. Very close to Galata Tower and near lots of restaurants and bars although the actual location is quite quiet. From booking the staff could not have been more helpful. They organised private transfers from the airport and a private tour of the Old Town (highly recommended, especially at the beginning of your trip as it gave us lots of tips for the rest of our visit). We felt very welcome from the moment of our arrival. Hero gave us a warm welcome and him and the rest of the staff were very helpful throughout. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Ours had a small balcony and tea and coffee making facilities in addition to a mini bar. The bed was very comfortable. They had a good list of recommendations for restaurants and were very happy to book for us. A floor length mirror and maybe some hooks on the wall would have been helpful but this is only a suggestion to make a great stay a little better. I would have no doubt in recommending this hotel to family and friends.
