Another exceptional stay
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Location couldn't be better, if you want to be in Beyoglu, which is an exciting part of Istanbul.
Super value.

Cons:

Really nothing. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are many within a block or two so it really doesn't matter.

Hotel con encanto en una ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación al lado mismo de Istiklal y de calles que llevan directamente a la torre Galata es magnífica. El hotel es cómodo y la habitación tenía hervidor, botellines de agua y café para poder desayunar. Personal encantador.

Cons:

Por decir algo, me habría gustado un poco más de luz en la habitación, especialmente en el baño.

Pros:

Excellent switched on receptionists, able to provide sound advice on tourist issues. They sent out for real milk for me to put in my coffee made in room, went out & bought Istanbul public transport card for me.

Cons:

Now fixed, the lift was broken for the two nights I needed it. There are five floors here, thank God I was on second floor since I am 71 with little lungpower.
Rooms are lovely to look at but equipment seems to be an issue. Fridge not keeping cold, phone to reception went intermittent & I could hear them but they couldn't hear me.
Street noise was an issue in second floor room. There was a big soccer match Sunday & fans without tickets congregated nearby. I could hear the chant leader calling: "Oi, oi, oi, oi" & a large crowd roaring in response. And whoops & hollers. And out-of-control car horn honking. Luckily it only went an hour. Noise finished by 10pm. A tell-tale sign was the orange earplugs which the hotel provides in every room. I must say though that street noise could be an issue in many hotels in Beyoglu. This is such a lively district with many shops & wall-to-wall cafes, & this hotel is right in the centre of the action.

Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann alles super schnell erreichen. Das Personal war so hilfsbereit und freundlich, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers erhalten und die Empfehlungen für die Stadt (Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, öffentliches Verkehr).😊
Wir hatten tolle Zeit und werden bestimmt wieder dieses Hotel buchen, da wir schon die nächste Istanbulreise im Blick haben. 😊

I really liked the location. Next to the istiklal but not noisy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the view from the window came out on another building, which also had an in-room lighting. It was a gloomy because the sunlight did not enter the room and in general the room on the 1st floor 105 was dark in terms of lighting. It's a pity there's no breakfast

A very nice hotel in an amazing location.
Pros:

The location was amazing, right in the heart of gelata. The staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions we had about the city. Price was good by Istanbul standards, especially considering the location.

Cons:

The TV didn’t work, and despite turning the AC on we found it very hot in the room (we are from Canada though and usually keep our rooms quite cold by international standards). We were there in early April too, so it was not very warm outside.
