Pros:

Уютный небольшой отель в центре Истикляля. Отель соответствует цена-качество. Номера выглядят немного уставшими, но все сделано добротно, крепко, все работает! Номер брали с 2-мя кроватями, они были достаточно большими и удобными, постельное белье чистое! В номере достаточное количество розеток, есть кондиционер, который работает как на холод, так и на тепло! По телевизору много каналов на разных языках. Есть холодильник с мини баром, чайник, кофемашина, чашки для кофе, чая, стаканы для разных напитков, вода.
Очень хороший душ, всегда была горячая вода, и после принятия душа вода никуда не вытекала на пол, как это часто бывает во многих других отелях.
На 6-м этаже есть терраса, там мы завтракали. Завтрак был простым, но все что нужно обычному человеку.
В отеле ОЧЕНЬ приветливый и отзывчивый персонал! Всегда во всем помогали, были максимально любезны и приветливы!
Я словно провела каникулы у родственников в гостях!
Надеюсь, что в следующий раз, когда поедем в Стамбул, в отеле будут свободный номер для нас, я была бы очень рада вернуться туда!
Спасибо всему персоналу, что помогли сделать наш отдых таким замечательным!

Pros:

Excellent price and overall an excellent price quality ratio.
Great location near Taksim square and Istiklal Street
Friendly and polite staff
24 hours open reception. Baggage storage room after checkout.

Cons:

On Friday and Saturday night, there is loud music till late in the evening/night. It's better to take some ear plugs to be able to sleep or noise cancellation headphones
Cleanliness could be improved. Also, there was no daily cleaning in the rooms, nor replenishment of bathroom supplies.
Some of the bed sheets were torn. Also part of the furniture could be fixed
Breakfast is basic, but if you're hungry it will do the job.

Cons:

Noisy neighborhood and no stop area for your car to put out your luggages from your car but there’s a paid parking nearby:)

An interesting experience
Pros:

I lived in this hotel with my boyfriend in March.
Coming to Istanbul in March means not to forget about the heating in the room. It seemed to me that there was some kind of reset in the middle of the night. Because we were fine at first, but it was cold in the morning. The next day it's completely stuffy. Although I checked the regulator before going to bed and in the morning.
Breakfast - yes, they are brought to the room. It's funny that at first they brought us one egg or an omelet made from one egg for two persons. But on Monday, when the weekend ended, they brought us such a menemen that I was almost ready to forget about the past days. But I haven't forgotten. Hungry woman is an angry woman))
About the coffee/tea that are in the room, we were immediately informed that they are paid. But I don't drink filter coffee, instant coffee, I've been bringing my own ground coffee (or you can buy it in the store) and tea for a long time.
As for the cleanliness in the room, I cannot say that over the past three years, when booking in the same price range (60-80 euros/night), I have seen perfect cleanliness. There is always dust in the corners, sometimes it is better not to move the furniture, for your own peace of mind. Here is all the same. It is clean as it can be cleaned on the surfaces.
Also, during our stay, minor repairs were made in the bathroom - water was leaking from the toilet bowl. The problem of downpipes in the old town is understandable.

Here you can ask the question: if there are so many disadvantages why do I give 9 points? because I didn't expect a WOW effect.
There was a normal bed and pillows, there was a blanket, there was heating (if you figure it out or wake up at night). The shower was working, the sink was intact. There was breakfast. I definitely won't be living on this street anymore, but I returned to the hotel at a normal time, so I didn't cross paths with the night residents.

Cons:

The street where the hotel is located... Be mentally prepared to see something that was a shock to me personally in a Muslim country. I asked my boyfriend to smoke outside, he always returned with the stories that lady-boys offered him their services.
The location can't be change, so it is just the information. They appeared after the dark (after 20-21:00).
And it is better to return from Istiklal st. side.

Удобное расположение, хорошая транспортная доступность. Стандартный континентальный завтрак, подавался в номер, что было неожиданно. Интернет слабоват, но хватило, чтобы вести переписку и слушать музыку. Отель подойдет для тех, кто хочет жить в центре и изучать город.
