I didn't see any good side of the hotel except that they cancelled the money I paid in advance.

Cons:

I have a hard time understanding who gave this hotel a score out of 9 on Booking.com. How did they give this score? It's a very bad hotel. I don't know which bad side to mention. The welcome was zero, there was a young guy (as far as I understand, he was the hotel owner's son) at the reception. That guy had no idea about hotel management or even humanity. The hotel rooms were very old, the cleanliness was zero, and there was dirt in most parts of the room that hadn't been cleaned for years. The TV remote control was in a very disgusting state. When I tried to plug my phone into the electrical outlet to charge it, the top of the electrical outlet fell to the floor. They had a coffee capsule coffee machine, water, and tea on the table in the room (you can see it in the picture), but don't say that they were all for an additional fee. Although I have a lot of hotel experience, this was the first time I've seen something like this. There was a nightclub right in front of the hotel, and it was impossible to sleep because of the noise until 4 am, and at 6 am it was impossible to sleep because of the noise of street vendors and cars. I had a terrible hotel experience in this hotel. The only good thing was that a guy came on the first day and offered to cancel the hotel reservation because we were very unhappy. We were tired after the flight, and the 3-hour traffic jam from Sabiha Airport to Taksim was very tiring, so we decided to pay for 1 night and stay. But I wish we hadn't.
