Pros:

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom lighting was really dim and hard to see to do my make-up, and hair dryer only had a low setting, other than that it was great.

Pros:

We had a huge room which was the best family room I’ve ever had. Large kitchen, living room and bathroom, then 2 full bedrooms (both with space and tvs). The front desk staff at check in went above and beyond and got items that I forgot to help me out. The slide is fast and the kids loved the pool.

The only complaint I have is that we basically had to check ourselves in as we were handed an iPad & told to fill in all our information while the sweet gal working the front desk stood there awkwardly waiting for us to do all the work & enter all the details.

Pros:

It’s quite you cannot hear any noises when you are inside your room. I like the ambiance and the staff as well. How I wish the pool area floors would have been replaced? It feels slippery and is a near miss for slipping.
