Pros:

A very conveniently located hotel with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I’m not sure what it’s like for a longer stay; I was only there for a few hours.

Cons:

The pillow could be softer, but in Japan, they tend to be firm.

・Wifiがつながにりくい
・ユニットバスがせまい（特にトイレがせまい）
・室温コントロールが全室共通で部屋ごとにできない
・室内に時計がない
・客室清掃従業員の方と客のエレベーター使用が重なり、1階までのエレベーター移動に時間を要する
・テレビの設置位置が高位すぎる
・朝食利用の時間が２時間と短すぎる
・朝食をオーダーしてから食事が運ばれてくるまでの時間がかかりすぎ

ちょっとヒヤヒヤした。
Pros:

スタッフの感じはよかった

Cons:

急に夜ブレーカーが落ちた。電気とテレビをつけて、携帯の充電してただけだった。
ドライヤー使われましたか？と聞かれてまだ使っていなかったが、使ったらブレーカー落ちるのかと怖くて使えなかった。

樓下有7-11斜對面有Lawson，對面過個馬路有知名明太子麵包和博多運河城，中州和博多車站都走路大約10-15分鐘就到了，地鐵站過個馬路也就到了！唯一缺點是房間真的太小浴室和廁所很擠其他都很完美！

良いホテルだけに、設備には少し残念！(＞人＜;)
Pros:

チェックイン後、食事に行くためタクシーを使いたかったのですが、タクシーがなかなかつかまらない時間帯という事で、スタッフの方がわざわざ通りに出て拾ってくださいました。不安に寄り添ってくださった心遣いに感激しました！
あと、朝食が豪華で、大変美味しかったです。

Cons:

洗面台が小さく、蛇口が近いので顔を洗う時に大変不便でした。
設備の事で聞こうと思ってフロントに内線でかけようとしましたが客室に電話機はなく、部屋を出てエレベーター横まで行かなくてはいけなかったのは不便でした。

思いの外、快適でした！
Pros:

シャワーしかなかったけれど、トイレもシャワーもユニット系では無かったことで部屋の圧迫感が無くて広い空間を感じて良かった。一人で泊まるだけであれば、充分だと思いました。
フロントのスタッフが親切でした。
