Le Viva Mui Ne Resort

My family spent 4 nights at this resort. Duyen Duong, Thinh, and her team were very professional and caring to my 87 yr-old mother. She was treated like a VIP. The beach and swimming pool were always cleaned. Buffet breakfast had variety of food and was delicious. I would come back here again for sure!

Kim Thu is a very dedicated and professional employee. She always goes above and beyond to support customers, readily offering help and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Throughout her work, Kim Thu consistently shows a friendly, pleasant, and attentive attitude, creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest.
Not only does she complete her tasks well, but Kim Thu also takes the initiative to listen carefully to customers’ needs to provide the best possible support. Her thoughtfulness and skillful communication have helped her build trust and satisfaction among clients.

The location is just great (the center of "Mui Ne area", the Stream is 5 min by walk), the atmosphere is very calm, the resort design and the gardens deserve a sound applause, the beach is perfect (very clean), the breakfast is rich and tasty, the room is well equipped. The stuff was very welcoming and helpful, especially must highlighte a frontdesk manager Ms. Kim Thu who was very kind, caring and supportive.

Great service and beautiful surroundings. The restaurant food was delicious, and I especially appreciated the attentive service from Ms. Nhi.

Very disappointed, from the outlook the hotel looked lovely, but behind the lovely looking pool, lies the beach, where unfortunately gets filled everyday with waste, they do collect but then then just dump it in the dead space to the side of the hotel!! I have a video of the staff picking up the rubbish then dumping it!!! Not only this but then took a wee!!! How is this allowed to happen when so many people not just with adults but children about on the beach and rooms over looking this, we thought we had a fantastic room with a view but no the room smelt and watching the man pick and dump the rubbish is terrible.
Not only this but many people coming along outside the room to take photos, all local, put a sing or gate up to stop this!!

We chose this hotel because of the beautiful photos on booking.com as well as the play areas for our daughter. These areas do exist. However, there is a lot of building work being done, both in the hotel and all along the road outside it so it is not a good part of Mui Ne to stay in atm. Most importantly though, is the absolutely disgusting beach. Each morning the -very small - beach is filled with litter. All day, a hotel worker fills his wheel barrow with rubbish and dumps it on the beach one hotel along. This are is currently being built on by Hilton but is currently a dumping ground for the hotels either side. We witnessed other workers from other hotels coming to dump their rubbish too. Obviously when the tide comes in, a lot of the rubbish is redistributed to the beach.
Our room - a sea facing upper level room - was, unfortunately overlooking this. The room was also very smelly. We cancelled the other two nights of our stay and moved to Allezboo instead which was wonderful!

The scenery is beautiful, and there are two swimming pools. The swimming pool is big and deep, so it's good to play! The staff is kind :)

we been here since yesterday, the staff is nice. The waitress, Miss Duyen is very nice to me. I enjoy with the swimming pool and the beach is close to our room and very comfortable.

Room service was really good.
Good amount of breakfast options, they always clean the the tables for you. The service and small talk from Duyên was awesome
Resort is right next to the beach, with 2 pools one is for kids to enjoy.
They have a service to drive you around the hotel, really good for elderly people or when you have an exhausting day.
Big bonus that you can leave the AC always on you have permanent electricity, you don’t have to leave your card in the room for electricity.
The resort area is clean with many beautiful and cared plants.

Great hotel with a great beach right in front. We booked 2 rooms and absolutely love the spacious two bedding room. Go dip in the sea and cool off in their swimming pool.
The modest reception area staffed with friendly receptionists.
The location is within walking distance from the famous Fairy Stream. Remember to try out the vietnamese restaurant opposite the hotel called Nha Hong Viva Food serving good vietnamese dishes at reasonable price.

Originally booked for 2 nights we liked it so much we booked it for an extra night and then another extra night until our flight was scheduled to leave.

Great facilities, design, location. Breakfast was amazing the views from the restaurant was really nice. 2 pools both well designed and kept nice. Right on the beach, so you can go ocean swimming if you want.

There is a hotel being built next to it so I’m not sure how the construction noise will be in the future. Would have stayed longer if our flight wasn’t scheduled to leave, will definitely be back.

Great hospitality and amenities. The breakfast had a lot of delicious varieties. I highly recommend coming here if you plan a trip out to Mui Ne. Also you have options to swim in either of the two pools that they have or go take a swim out on the beach.
