Fantastic place to stay
Pros:

The location is central to everything. The staff, especially at the Deck Bar were extremely friendly, professional and went above and beyond during our entire stay. The facilities are clean and comfortable and modern.

I asked by chat to extend another more night
And they ask me to do it by app and pay at the reception, then I did by mistake two nights in the app.
But they already new about my night and when I went to pay to the reception no one confirmed if I wanted one or two
So I payed two and when I realised they didn’t want to help me to cancel the extra night

Very happy with our stay
Pros:

Loved the location and the facilities it was our first time staying here and cannot fault it the staff are wonderful and very helpful looking forward to our next stay

Cons:

Breakfast was average it would be nice when u get eggs that you get fresh bacon also. We stayed during silent day and would be good to be not just catered for the Indonesian customs but have more options for visitors and be able to order drinks during the day and coffee not just at limited times.
