Hotel Sidi Harazem

Pool wasn’t open and that was half the reason why I chose this place however, that was not advertised in the listing. We went during early December so it was very quiet. However breakfast was extra. It was okay not the best and dinner was never available so yeah to say the dining is limited, would be just telling partial story staff are pretty nice, not a lot of English. However do you speak French and Arabic so if you know those two languages you should be fine all in all the actual rooms were clean room service to the good job no minibar or drinks like that and the actual area of the hotel is a particularly great as it costs minimum £15 in British pounds to go to the main city of fares return. So if you want to be in Fez the city I would not recommend going to this hotel , however it’s got a cute little market right round the corner so yeah happy days

Buen precio , sitio precioso pero falta mantenimiento .
Limpieza regular habitación , pero habitación grande y colchónes buenos, piscina sucia ( el suelo muy sucio ) y hay ranas pequeñas , dentro del recinto hotelero hay muchos perros sueltos yo conté 6 y basuras muchas ( botellas plástico etc , por la noche apagan todas las luces del jardín y piscina , se queda oscuro . Desayuno justo ( pan , tortitas , jogur , zumo , te , huevo , café ) pero calidad.el ascensor un poco viejo y da poco problema al cerrarse puerta ..hay parking delante pero hay que pagar 3 dirhams día más 7 de noche ( total 10 dirhams ) al ayuntamiento , hay fuera del hotel muchas tiendas y sitios para comer y cenar ....además de jardines etc , pueblo muy bonito lle o jardines al lado del hotel y piscina , también hay para de bus y taxis delante del hotel ......la verdad yo volveré me gustó a pesar de las críticas anteriores , ya que si invierten en mantenimiento sería precioso el hotel , una pena que la mayoría de hoteles de Marruecos están con poco mantenimiento y personal , pero la verdad aconsejo el hotel es de lo mejor de fez por el precio más o menos 32 euros con desayuno incluido .....

Estancia excelente. Trato humano exquisito: tanto recepcionista, jefe de sala del comedor, personal de limpieza...
Sería estupendo que revisaran el cierre de puertas del ascensor. Por lo demás, la estancia ha sido de 10.

Nous avons passé le week-end du 28 et 29 avril 2018 dans cet hôtel situé dans la commune de Sidi Hrazem. Nous avons eu des problèmes au niveau de l'enregistrement, j'avais réservé deux chambres pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants et on m'a demandé un supplément pour ma fille de 15 ans. En plus, et contrairement à ce qui a été indiqué au niveau de la réservation je n'avais pas droit au petit-déjeuner. Par ailleurs, en ce qui concerne l'hôtel celui-ci nécessite de grands travaux de rénovation. Malgré cela nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette région située à environ 15 km de la ville de Fès.

Verschrikkelijk!! We komen toe om 23u en onze reservatie vonden ze eerst niet terug! Ze heloen niet eens met bagage te dragen niks! Na lang zoeken eindelijk gevonden en ze wijzen de weg naar de lift ( staat op instorten de lift kraakt piekt en blokkeert ). Boven aangekomen de slot van de kamer gaat moeilijk open en toe! Alles is vies , schimmel , muffe geur enz... ( ik heb een video hiervan opgenomen voor diegene die denken te willen boeken!! ) airco blijkt niet te werken en er is geen warm water! Toilet knop is kapot en lavabo lekt! We vragen hoelaat het ontbijt is en hij antwoord onvriendelijk dat we GEEN ontbijt inbegrepen hebben! We tonen onze mail waarin vermeld staat dat het WEL inbegrepen staat en toch hebben we GEEN ontbijt gekregen want hij liet ons voucher zien van " Hotels.com " waarin staat " Bed only " .
We zijn de volgende morgen om 8u vertrokken zonder ontbijt en blij opgelucht dat we van dat stinkkot weg waren!!!! Weggegooid geld en schandalig!!!

Service non professionel du tout. En arrivant a lhotel notre netait pas prete. Nous avions droit a un petit dejeuner gratuit (ce qui est marque sur notre reservation) mais le personnel de lhotel a refuse de nous accorder notre droit.
La clim ne marche pas. Lampe de balcon cassee

We hebben genoten van de omgeving. Het hotel is pal gelegen aan de natuurlijke waterbron. Kan in de zomermaanden luidruchtig zijn.

Leuk hotel, vriendelijk personeel.
Achter het hotel is een mooi zwembad, waar mijn kinderen de leukste dagen van de vakantie (rondreis) hebben ervaren. mn kinderen hadden nl. een bal mee genomen. alle gasten incl. badmeester (die zeer oplettend was) speelde mee. erg gezellig dus.
wel slechte wifi. Achter het hotel, maar net ver genoeg een leuk klein marktje.

the hotel is very far from the city and very old, I booked the hotel for five days and I only stayed at the hotel for three hours and moved out and booked another hotel. The weather was bit cold and the rooms hasn't got a seperate heater so I asked for a heater and they said sorry, we only have one main heater so we can't make it on because it will work every room , and most of the rooms are empty

Hotel carino buon prezzo, non funzionava riscaldamento, colazione scarsa, pasti,meglio mangiare fuori,nel complesso hotel molto pulito anche se in questa stagione ci sono pochi clienti,salvo la domenica

Alles prima hoor maar het is geen byzonder hotel.

Ik moest dubbel betalen, dus de service is slecht. Ik heb via creditcard betaald en contanct.

This hotel was absolutely lovely, the staff were immensely friendly and we had some great conversations with lots of them.

The quality of service is generally great. The hotel has seen better days as it is clear they are slightly low on capital, but this doesn't really impede your experience as the run down areas are not in frequent use by the guests.

Taxis to Fes can turn out a little expensive but it's worth it for the extra luxury you can get at a decent price at the Sogatour. Some nice places to see in the small village of Sidi Harazim but you probably wouldn't be able to find something to do for a whole day in the village unless you wanted to sit by the pool in the wonderful sun.

Overall a great place to stay for people who want a mix of relaxation by the pool and the option to go into Fes to see the Medina, or see the beautiful villages in the Atlas mountains.

Even though we encounter some initial problems with getting to the hotel, the rest was great. Hotel is situated around 10-minute taxi drive from the center of Fes. Surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the manager and reception staff. Helped us a great lot when we lost our camera in one of the taxis. Overall, the if you don't mind traveling to the center via taxi, the hotel is a great place to have a few days off.
