Pros:

On a aimé l'emplacement de la chambre, la propreté de la chambre, les cours d'aquagym et l'animation des soirées.

Cons:

L'hôtel ne dispose pas de chambre familiale. Nous étions 2adultes et 2enfants jumeaux. On a voulu ajouter un lit supplémentaire(à payer bien sûr). Il y a un monsieur qui est venu nous dire qu'il fallait mentionner 2adultes et 2enfants lors de la réservation et du coup prendre 2chambres!on ne peut pas séparer des adultes de leurs enfants ! On n'a pas du tout apprécié la façon dont il nous a menacé "ce sera la dernière fois et c'est une exception"! Alors que c'est la 4ème ou 5ème fois qu'on a choisi nous et d'autres membre de la famille cet hôtel parmis d'autres.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’accueil. Nous avons eu un malentendu pour la réservation des chambres et Zakaria a réglé le problème en 30 minutes . C’était très appréciable et avec le sourire . Nous avons été accueilli par la dame responsable de la clientèle, très agréable également. Les animations en journée étaient chouettes et également les spectacles en soirée . Franchement Nikel , on reviendra inshallah.

Cons:

Manque de variété au buffet mais ce n’était pas non plus catastrophique.

Pros:

Globalement tout, la piscine adulte, les jardins , l'ambiance en général malgré le monde en aout , la gentillesse de son personnel. C'est indéniablement un hôtel qui a du charme.

Cons:

Nous n'étions pas revenu depuis 4 à 5 ans, et ce qui nous a surpris , c'est le fait de croiser ,deux fois sur trois, des personnes de l'hôtel sans que spontanément ils ne vous disent " bonjour". D'autant plus étonnant que nous connaissions la qualité du personnel de l'IBEROSTAR. Et c'est dommage car c'est tellement plaisant (un sourire et un bonjour) pour les clients. Donc encore un petit effort...

Another fantastic family stay — excellent facilities, wonderful food and truly exceptional staff.
Pros:

Another great stay with our family at Iberostar Waves Marrakech! This was our second visit, and once again, we were not disappointed.

The hotel has excellent facilities, with a wide variety of food options to suit every taste. We particularly love the Moroccan dishes, which are a real highlight for us.

There is always something happening, with a great selection of activities and entertainment throughout the day. We also noticed a clear improvement in the production quality of the evening shows, which made them even more enjoyable. There are plenty of activities to choose from, including golf, tennis and the outdoor gym, so it’s easy to stay active during your stay.

The different pool areas are also a great feature, from the lively main pool with all the activities to the quieter Zen Pool, which is perfect when you want to relax. The gardens and grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained, creating a very pleasant and relaxing environment throughout the resort.

The free shuttle service to Marrakech is another great added value and makes visiting the city very easy.

But above all, I believe it is the amazing staff who truly make this hotel special. From reception and the restaurants to the entertainment team and housekeeping, everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.

A special mention goes to Bouchra, the Guest Relations Manager, and Iyed, the Assistant Manager. They were always present, approachable and ready to help, always with a warm and friendly smile. Their attention to guests really makes a difference and contributes enormously to the experience.

We had another fantastic family holiday and would happily return for a third visit. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Just wish there would be more frequency of the shuttle to the city around lunch time. Nothing else to report.

Le personnel est irréprochable…que ce soit au niveau du professionnalisme, de la gentillesse, de l’accueil, de la réactivité en terme de demandes spécifiques et de la disponibilité.
La propreté des chambres et le service de ménage est impeccable!
Les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus.
La restauration est exceptionnelle! Une cuisine excellente qui varie chaque jour. Un choix varié pour tout type de régime alimentaire et des mets de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés chaque jour.
Un grand merci à Bouchra, la responsable relation clientèle pour sa gentillesse et son écoute. Ainsi qu’à Chakib pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Bravo aux équipes d’animation qui ont enchanté nos enfants et qui proposent un large choix d’activités pour combler le séjour. Bravo à toute l’équipe d’artistes du Star Friend Show pour leurs spectacles envoûtants et aboutis!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir à l’Iberostar Marrakech lors de nos prochains séjours. Pros:

J'ai passé un séjour agréable en famille. Le personnel était aux petits soins surtout avec ma mère qui a une mobilité réduite. Merci pour Mme Bouchra, la directrice clientèle et à M.cherif le directeur réception pour leur amabilité. J'y reviendrai sans aucun doute!

L'accueil chaleureux, la bienveillance du personnel et ce dès les premières minutes dans l'hôtel. Une petite attention à chaque fois que l'on a croisé quelqu'un, pour nous comme pour notre petit bout qui était ravi ! Un grand merci pour ça.
La beauté du complexe, très bien entretenu et qui nous offre une sensation de bien-être immédiat, bravo pour le travail effectué afin de préserver ce petit coin de paradis.
