The staff is very helpful, really nice and always happy to go out of their way to help.
Really lovely facitlities, warm pool, lots to do. Comfy rooms, especially in the second building which is quieter. Medina is 25 mins away and free shuttle takes you there. Food is good, lots of fruit and salads. And the place is very clean.

Cons:

Pool closes a bit too early at 6pm, it would be nice to be able to swim in the evening till 7pm as the nights are warmer than the morning.
I really like being able to swim in the evening, so that was a bit dissapointing.

Average stay in a hotel that promised so much
Pros:

Property is a bit dated but upkeep is good and grounds are beautifully maintained. Excellent housekeeping. 2 pool areas; one bigger one for families and a separate adults only pool for 16+. Free shuttle bus into Marrakesh centre. Other on-site activities: table tennis tables, pétanque courts, tennis courts and a small grassed area with football nets. Good spa/hammam.

Cons:

Relentless loud music that was played by the pool for most of the day. Majority of which was dance music with thumping beats - not very relaxing.
Variety and quality of food & drink. We were really disappointed by the food. Lacked inspiration and variety; given that we were in a country with such rich culinary heritage, it was a let down. And the inclusive wine…..like paint stripper. I couldn’t drink it.

Lovely and relaxing stay. We enjoyed many of the sports activities. Food was great and plenty to choose from.
Pros:

The gardens , outdoor sports facilities, food, friendly staff and the separation of adult pool from the lively main area made it very relaxing. Shuttle bus service was excellent.

Cons:

Lack of indoor facilities and the sports facilities all unavailable after 6pm even though the table tennis , tennis courts and pétanque had lighting for evening. It was actually still daylight up to 7.30pm. This seems rather silly as the temperatures are cooler later in the day for sports activities. I found the indoor basement entertainment area very impersonal and the lack of pleasant decor did not reflect the rest of the hotel. Tables all too large so not able to sit down as a couple on our own.

Staff were incredible, so friendly and attentive. Stretch classes were a great way to start the day. Enjoyed the food and drinks

Cons:

Rooms were pretty noisy, no sound proofing. Got woken up a number of times by people returning to their rooms late. Also would have been good to have the coffee machines open at the lunch buffet to have with desert rather than needing to go to the seperate bar for a coffee after lunch

Chambre spacieuse, lit très confortable
Petit déjeuner royal avec beaucoup de specialites locales et internationales
Repas très goûteux bien cuisines mais les variés un peu plu

Cons:

Chemin pour rejoindre les chambres par l'extérieur pas assez protégé nous avons eu 3 gros orages et avons été trempes jusqu'aux os
Dommage que la petite boutique ne soit pas mieux signalée car nous ne l'avons vu que le dernier jour

Un séjour entre amies au top!
Pros:

Nous avons adorés notre séjour entre amies, le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins (mention spéciale pour le monsieur plus agé qui sert à la piscine dont on a plus le prénom), la nourriture excellente et variée chaque jour, la propreté de l'hôtel est impeccable. Nous avons profité des cours de sport et d'aquagym le matin ainsi que d'un cours de salsa, et nous avons passé de bons moments à chaque fois! Les spectacles du soir sont de qualité, il faut aussi le souligner, car ce n'est pas toujours le cas dans ce genre d'hotel mais ici les danseurs sont de vrais pro! Nous reviendrions avec plaisir en famille ou entre amis.

Cons:

Les explications pour la navette pour nous rendre au souk pas très claires, nous n'avions pas compris (et nous n'étions pas les seules) qu'il fallait sortir de l'hôtel pour récupérer la navette ce qui a fait que nous l'avons loupée malgré notre quart d'heure d'avance et nous avons du nous rendre en taxi dans le centre, dommage...
Le rituel du hammam est sympa et complet mais nous ne recommandrions pas forcément de prolonger avec un massage, malgré une bonne main, les esthéticiennes ne suivent pas ce qu'on leur demande, le massage est probablement le même pour tout le monde avec des manoeuvres très basiques.
Et si on veut être un peu tatillon, la literie est un peu dure.

Great if you are a family with kids. Don't go if you are a couple wanting more of a cultural exper!
Pros:

Food: average. Canteen catering for Europeans with no desire to try spicy food - and we had no other options in our stay. Strict staff rules re where we could eat - as a family for health reasons we didn't want a crowd indoors, but all tables outside for more than 4 were taken - and we were refused the option of using tables nearer the bar area - even though this was completely empty. Staff kept thanking me and saying no - with no flex - really irritating and not focused on us - focused on abiding by rules they were given. Our room and especially bathroom felt clinical- cold/uninspiring. But grounds wonderful and our grandkids loved it.

Lõõgastav puhkus koos aktiivse tegevusega ja parima maitseelamusega.
Pros:

Hotellis oli väga külalislahke õhkkond. Meeldis vastuvõtt, voodi oli hea, padi oli mõnus (pehme, madal), iga päev toa koristus, väga korralik! Toidu valik oli mitmekesine, igale maitsele oli alati midagi uut ja sai ka uusi toite proovida. Eriliselt jäi meelde üks õhtusöök, kus pakuti delikatesse (mereannid, austrid). Alati oli õhtusöögivastuvõtt. Meeldis erinevad teema õhtud õhtusöögil, õhtul vahel elav muusika. Hotellis on tasuta bussi teenus, mis viib ja toob tagasi linna.

Eriline kiitus tuleb hotelli meeleahutus meeskonnale, kus sai proovitud erinevaid tegevusi, tantsutrennid, petang, noolemäng. Samuti on hotellis võimalik harrastada muid sportlike tegevusi (võrkpall, korvpall, tennis, akrobaatika, golf).
Igal õhtul oli Showtime, kus oli erineva temaatikaga etteasted, mis olid väga heal tasemel.
Tahame eriti tänada meelelahutuse meeskonda- Jonas, Mia, Bia, Mary, Youssef, Happuman, Uness, kes said täielikult meie sõpradeks ja nagu pereliikmeteks. Soovitan hotelli kõigile, sõbralik õhkkond ja vaheldusrikas puhkus.
