Super séjour, personnel très sympathique dans un cadre idéal.
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment top surtout avec les enfants ! Le buffet varié et super bon !
Les 3 piscines (relax, enfant et principale) sont très agréables.
Navettes gratuites qui passent tous les jours pour aller-retour centre ville.
Animations et activités top tous les jours.

A very special thank you to Iyed Chemil, who truly went above and beyond to make our 50th birthday celebration unforgettable. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Every detail was handled perfectly, and he made our celebration feel extra special.

Super hôtel pour se détendre avec des services de grande qualité
Pros:

Grandes chambres avec des lits très confortables, un silence très appréciable la nuit (côté jardin)
Ménage fait tous les jours le matin, propreté impeccable
Piscine grande et propre, environnement agréable
Nourriture excellente, avec quelques plats qu'on retrouve tous les jours et d'autres qui varient
Bar ouvert toute la journée avec une grande efficacité dans le service
Pas mal de chaine de TV de différents pays

Cons:

Piscine pas chauffée, attention donc à la période de votre voyage
Nourriture marocaine qui aurait mérité d'être plus variée (souvent du couscous et des tajines)
Quelques machines non-fonctionnelles dans la salle de sport
La matériel prêté (raquettes, volant, balle) pour faire du sport parfois en mauvais état
Le service de navettes est pratique, mais horaires à revoir (à 19h30 lors du repas, aucune navette entre 16h et 19h30...etc.)

Les jardins sont très beau ! La piscine pour les enfants est super ! La nourriture est plutôt bonne il y a du choix

Très bruyant ! Travaux à côté de la chambre marteau piqueur des 8h30 du matin pendant 2h sans s’arrêter .. les légumes du buffet sont froid je n’ai jamais vu ça ! Musique à fond toute la nuit jusqu’à 4h30 du matin … établissement vieillissant, matelas à ressort pas confortable du tout ! 2 lits collés et non un lit double ! Pour le prix c’est très cher

Superbe séjour ! Hôtel bien tenu et jardins magnifiques.
Les buffets et le restaurant de spécialités sont parfaits avec une nourriture variée. Tout le monde y trouve son compte.
Les chambres sont propres et confortables.

Cons:

Seul point noir de notre séjour … le bar
Les cocktails proposés sont mal dosés, peu variés….
Pas de chips ou autres, juste une assiette d’olives et quelques cacahuètes (c’est la même chose tous les jours)
