Amazing service all around! From Bell boys to waiters everyone is super nice and professional!

Cons:

Pros:

Gutes 5☆Hotel, sehr gute ruhige Lage, etwas außerhalb von Heviz gelegen. Extrem ruhig, auch nachts keine Lärmbelästigung durch Hotelbetrieb.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist top!
Der Wellnessbereich ebenfalls top!

Es gibt nichts zu meckern!

Dokonalý zimní relax.
Pros:

* Absolutně nedostižná kuchyně. Sortiment, množství, čerstvost, lokální.
* Perfektní, milý, nápomocný personál. Všichni vždy usměvaví, příjemní.
* Živá hudba každý večer.

Cons:

Nic - vše bylo dokonalé.

Angenehmes Hotel für einen Wellnessaufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal! Angenehme Betten und alles sehr sauber.
Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Fantastický hotel na skvělém místě, nebyli jsme zde naposledy

Skvělé snídaně i večeře
Sauny
Bazény
Skvělé místo blízko termálního jezera, Balatonu a dvou městeček
Spolehlivý nternet

Cons:

Chybějící digestoř v koupelně.
Chybějící teplý sušák v koupelně.
Venkovní bazén se zavírá už v 9 hodin večer, o hodinu dříve než vnitřní.
Obě finské sauny měly maximálně 80-85 stupňů a chybí ochlazovací bazének
Kola na půjčení jsou sice v pojízdném stavu ale jsou velmi stará

war ein schöner gemüdlicher Urlaub
Pros:

Essen perfekt, Personal war super, Lage ruhig, saubere Anlage, Wassertemperaturen waren für mich perfekt, sehr gute angenehme Massage erhalten

Cons:

leider war ein Teppichboden im Zimmer, der Safe hat nicht funktioniert

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön in einem Park gelegen- man merkt, dass es schon ein paar Jährchen auf dem Buckel hat- alles in allem jedoch sehr sauber; besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter- ganz egal ob an der Rezeption, an wer Bar, im Spa oder im Restaurant… Gastfreundschaft ist dort kein leereres Wort sondern gelebter Alltag

Cons:

Wie gesagt man merkt, dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist ( Teppich); auch im Restaurant: zb einige durchgesessene Stühle, nicht alle Lampen funktionieren bzw. es gehörten die Lampen getauscht;
