Frühling vorgezogen und gut erholt
Pros:

Das Wetter, die große Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen am Buffet. Eine geplante Renovierung des Innenpools am Montag wurde uns vor Anreise mitgeteilt und eine kostenfreie Stornierung angeboten. Wie haben davon abgesehen, fanden das aber fair.

Cons:

Speisen am Buffet nicht frisch zubereitet, Stundenlang warm gehalten oft trocken und trotzdem meist nicht wirklich heiß.
Ständig Versuche Zusatzleistungen zu verkaufen. Zum Beispiel Saunaaufgüsse. Dabei gibt es täglich zwei unentgeltliche Termine.
Die Saunen sind alle etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Niektorí hostia ked si vynasali jedlo a napje z restauracie do baru ked ich musel upozornit šéf prevadzky a tiez dalsie 3 damy v županoch od bazenov sa vecer prechadzali jediac ovocie cez bar v ktorom hrala tanecna hudba a ostatny hostia elegantne obleceny sa zabavali , hotel za to nemôze tiez ich upozornil šef prevadzky ,ze su nevhodne ustrojene , ja viem ,ze hotel za to nemoze , vychovavat hosti🤣 je zaujimave ,ze ani vyssia cena nevyselektuje , lebo v podstate minuleho roku bola cena nizsia a hostia na vyssej urovni . V kazdom pripade pre mna a partnera bol zazitok byt u vas v kazdom smere .S vdakou a uctou Julia Lang

Cons:

Rude staff, the sauna master came in to the sauna telling me it’s his job to warm up the sauna, and that there is a session there at the moment. I was already in the sauna for 5 minutes. There was a sign outside that blended in and nothing else.
One of the waiters asked me without even saying hello why I want to sit where I chose. I didn’t I just put my soup down on an empty table because I forgot a spoon. Which should have been set from the start.
