Pros:

Das Buffet war top. Das Personal des SPAs unglaublich zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer schön groß und der Saunabereich sehr toll und nicht überladen - auch die verschiedenen Aufgüsse waren super!

Cons:

Der Fön meines Zimmers hat nicht funktioniert, durch Überhitzung hat er sich immer abgedreht. Auf dem Badezimmerboden lag eine Stecknadel (wahrscheinlich aus dem Hotelgeschenk vom Vorgänger) bin draufgestiegen. Der Boden vor der Sauna ist unglaublich rutschig. Die Badeschuhe wurden nicht mit dem Bademantel ausgegeben und mussten extra angefragt werden.

Cons:

Hotel definitivno ne zasluzuje 5 zvijezdica, soba je mala, namjestaj je vec star, jastuci su katastrofalni. U hotelu nema bas neke zabave, na bazene nismo.mogli jer je bilo previse ljudi , bazeni su mali i samo.podrucje oko bazena je skuceno. Nije bila ni jedna slobodna lezaljka. Kucni ogrtaci su bili vec dotrajali i stari s tim da za mog supruga nije ni bilo velicine, tako da su mu i ogrtac i papuce bile premale. Za hotrl s 5 zvijezdica razocaranje.

Overall a nice holiday despite a few hiccups. Next time, please inform us in advance about any prepaid service.
Pros:

Nice environment and amazing cuisine

Cons:

The room had dated furniture, the mattress was terrible and creaked loudly—causing me severe back pain. The bathroom ceiling was coming apart, and there was mold in the tile grout.

Bis auf das Zimmer , ein tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr gut

Cons:

Im Zimmer war die ganze Nacht ein lautes Geräusch .(Standardzimmer 431 u. 432). Sonst ist das Hotel ganz toll,mit sehr guten Essen und freundlichen Personal.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The pool was nice, good hot tub and saunas. Food was good. The front desk staff were great.

Cons:

The restaurant staff were mostly always rude.

Pros:

Pohodový hotel, dobrá a klidná lokalita, bezproblémové parkování, vstřícný personál, výborné jídlo a dobře rozvržená dispozice restaurace s kobercem na podlaze a tím pádem žádné kvílení tahaných židlí a řinčení padajících příborů. Bazény v rámci možností také dobré až na moc malý s léčivou vodou.

Cons:

Při jedné večeři číšník místo obcházení svého prostoru prakticky celou dobu tlachal s hosty u jednoho nebo u dvou stolů a nám se hromadilo použité nádobí. Postel není dělená, má jednu velkou trochu měkčí matraci a při pohybu jednoho se houpe i druhý host.
