The staff were really helpful especially the front desk/reception. Location too was fantastic. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main Nice train station. We literally walked everywhere.
The fridge wasn’t working and the rug could’ve been cleaner. There wasn’t much soap in the bathroom but we raised that with the staff and they sorted it out quickly. I think this is more of a 3 star boutique hotel than a 4 star.

Size of room. Layout of room. Air-conditioning was effective. Good shower pressure. Good bed on the firmer side. Friendly staff. Convenient for train station. A doable walk to the promenade.

The staff is so accommodating, they go out of their way to may you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent.
No big deal, but a hand towel ring would be a nice addition. Secure WIFI would also be a huge plus.

Accueil aimable, hôtel calme, chambre spacieuse, jolie cour intérieure avec végétation méditerranéenne, excellent petit-déjeuner préparé avec soin.

Not a 4 star hotel - v worn! Our superior queen room with garden view was not at all as expected! Garden view very limited and not really a view!

Reception made us wait on arrival whilst he finished his phone call. Little annoying after travelling. Potentially a culture clash though.

We had a lovely stay at Maison Durante. The location was perfect - very close to the train station and a short walk from the seafront and city centre. The property was immaculate, the room very tastefully designed and the products were beautiful! There was an unlimited supply of water and coffee pods available during our stay. The staff were super friendly and check was quick and easy, with a dedicated WhatsApp number for any enquiries. Thank you team Maison Durante, we will be back!
