LO RECOMENDAREMOS
Pros:

El alojamiento super bien decorado, muy atentos tanto en nuestra llegada como durante la estancia, buena comunicación por parte de Chloé y Emma. Nos gustó mucho también el desayuno que ellas mismas preparan en la terraza y el salón, super bueno y muy agradable.

Overall, this was a very lovely hotel operated by outstanding staff. We will definitely be back!
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They also made recommendations on museums and other things in town that aligned with our interests. Room was very clean and modern and surprisingly spacious for a European hotel in this price range. The outdoor courtyard was lovely. Very nice water filling station (cold or room temp, plain or sparkling) and free coffee (Nespresso type machine) in the lobby. They have a very nice looking breakfast buffet for 20 Euros but we were waking up a bit late and didn't get a chance to try it. Location was excellent, very close to everything yet tucked away on a quiet street.

Cons:

This is not at all a criticism but just a suggestion. We were given a lot of great advice on local things, but one thing we would have liked to have known in advance is that the private beaches in Nice need to be reserved ahead of time as they fill up quickly. Also, this was entirely our mistake but we didn't realize that on the tram in Nice you need to buy a fare card and then validate the fare card inside the tram. We paid for our fare but didn't know we had to validate it on the tram, so we ended up getting a ticket (40 Euro per person), so perhaps a little bit of advice about how the fare works on the tram would be helpful to let guests know about during check in.

Aircon needs to be more powerful, as room was not that cool.
