Important information:

Please note that the hotel should be accessed via the José León de Carranza Bridge.

For reservations with more than 4 rooms it will be considered as a group, and the conditions will be different. Free cancellation 3 weeks before the check-in and after that, 100% Non refundable. If the guest does not accept the conditions we will be forced to cancel the reservation.

Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the Isla de León à la carte restaurantGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Me encantó el hotel y su ubicación, repetiría siempre. Cumplieron con mi petición de 3 camas individuales, el personal muy amable, el chico del bar gracias por ese café delicioso, tienen una zona de habitaciones para fumadores un plus.

Cons:

El cierre de la puerta que conecta con la playa, no poder volver al final de la tarde / noche por ese ingreso, aun así nada grave.

Ideal el Hotel playa Victoria
Pros:

Todo nos encantó. Viaje con mi hija de 12 años y aunque ya conocía el hotel nos ha sorprendido mucho lo bien que se está en la piscina nunca la habíamos disfrutado porque somos más de playa. Buenísima ubicación, limpieza de 100, y personal de recepción y cafetería excelente

Cons:

No me disgustó absolutamente nada. Pero por si fuera una crítica constructiva diría que los aseos duchas de la piscina si tuvieran un secador de pelo sería ideal para aprovechar la tarde en la que ya regresas de vuelta!

Staff very friendly, location perfect but bedrooms on 6th floor needs a big revamp..

Bedroom -Wall paper peeling off in places n chipped firniture...pity as the view was amazing ...basic plastic furniture on balcony...didnt use pool...not very inviting....pity ..a revamp and this place would be perfect

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr in Ordnung
Pros:

Lage am Strand, Blick aufs Meer, sehr großes Zimmer! Tolle Terrasse! Haben ein Upgrade bekommen. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig. An der Wand zum Balkon haben sich die Tapeten gelöst und der Verputz ist abgebröckelt. Da ist wohl über den Winter zu viel Feuchtigkeit eingedrungen. Zum Glück hat es nicht unangenehm gerochen.

Solo su ubicasion, el resto del Hotel muy abandonado y peste a humedad

Mi esposa y yó una vez entrando al Hotel persivimos la falta de Mantenimiento y peste a humedad, pero cuando entramos al elevador, el pasillo y al final entramos en la habitacion no podiamos creer la suciedad y sobre todo en los bordes de los pisos, El Hotel esta muy abandonado, no existe Mantenimiento y las alfombras del piso apestan, y que decir de el piso de madera todo roto de la habitacion, para decepcion aún mas, abrimos la caja de seguridad y tienen dentro un letrero que el Hotel no se hace responsable de los objetos guardados dentro de la caja de seguridad si se pierden por robo, indiscutiblemente sentimos decepcion por el estado deprimente del Hotel y ademas inseguridad, asi que solo permenecimos menos de una hora en el Hotel y nos marchamos a otro Hotel en la misma area, perdiendo todo el dinero de la estancia pagado por adelantado porque el personal del front desk nos esplicó que como habíamos reservado y pagado por booking y no con el Hotel directamente ellos no podian devolvernos nada , Este Hotel deben de cerrarlo y remodelarlo si es que respetan a los Huespedes.
ESTE HA SIDO EL PEOR HOTEL QUE HEMOS ESTADOS SIN DUDAS.

Es la segunda vez que estoy y he estado muy bien .

Cons:

Si actualizaran un poco las habitaciones , teniendo en cuenta la ubicación , podía ser perfectamente un 5 estrellas .
