Il fascino antico di Como

Pros:

Frühstück war klasse, das Personal sehr nett und die Zimmer ausreichend möbliert. Nette Bar und das Hotel ist sehr gut zur Innenstadt gelegen und trotzdem ruhig.

Pros:

O hotel é lindo e sofisticado, quarto super confortável e limpo. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Funcionários são muito gentis, em especial o Lorenzo, que foi muito legal conosco nos dando várias dicas. Recomendo este lugar!

Da war eine grosse Auswahl
- Ich hätte mir normale Haferflocken für mein Müsli gewünscht - aber es gab Naturjoghurt😊

Cons:

Ich liebe Kaffee morgens - so musste ich die Angestellten 3x beanspruchen🙊

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Der Fernseher sehr alt, kein streamen möglich. Haartrockner alt und kaputt. Das Frühstück sollte mehr gesunde Optionen bieten. Kaum was Frisches angeboten. Dafür viel Zuckerzeug.

Die Lage ist Top.

Cons:

Leider kam kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Auch mit dem Tip dass man das Wasser halt zuerst 10 Minuten laufen lassen sollte, wurde es nicht wärmer.
Das Frühstück ist bescheiden für ein 4 Sterne Haus. Es gibt 2 verschiedene Brötchen und Toast, wobei der Toaster nicht funktioniert. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich ist für 4 Sterne nicht genug ausgebildet und sensibilisiert. Ich war schon einige Mal Gast. In naher Zukunft werde ich trotz der guten Lage andere Unterkünfte in Como bevorzugen.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und hervorragendem Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel könnte nicht besser liegen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Stadttor; dahinter liegt die schöne Altstadt von Como. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mein Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gegen Gebühr kann man im Innenhof einen Parkplatz mieten (auf jeden Fall reservieren, denn die Anzahl ist sehr begrenzt). Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts. Ich werde das Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Como sicher wieder buchen.

Schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Tolle Lage!

Cons:

Der Check-Out um 10 ist früh, dafür dass das Personal beim Frühstück so langsam ist (es ist natürlich viel los und sie sind nur zu zweit). Wir sassen dort eine Stunde und haben leider keinen zweiten Kaffee bekommen. Dafür haben wir nach dem Check-Out noch einen Espresso an der Bar bekommen.
