Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich uns zuvorkommend. Angefangen von der Rezeption, bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal ,alle immer sehr freundlich. Wenn man an der Bar was trinken wollte,oder im Freien ,u es war kein Kellner da,wurde dies sofort von der Rezeption bemerkt u per Funk wurde jemand informiert. Unser Zimmer( 3Bett) war tip top sauber.Es verfügte über eine Dusche u eine Badewanne. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig,u für jeden was dabei.
Würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen!

Cons:

Wenn man meckern möchte: das 3. Bett war ein ausgezogener Sessel? Mit Matratze darauf - wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt,da unser Sohn bei uns im Bett schlief. Daher kann ich über den Komfort dieses Bettes nichts sagen. Beim Frühstück gab es viel Auswahl - frisches Gemüse "nur" Tomaten u 1x Salat...ich esse gerne auch Gurken,Paprika ...aber das ist lediglich meine persönliche Vorliebe. Besser so,als wenn dann täglich jede Menge entsorgt wird.

Pros:

Son emplacement à 10 minutes du centre de Côme et du ferry. La disponibilité de la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. La literie au top pourtant je suis compliquée. La piscine à tout non négligeable lors de ses fortes chaleurs.

Cons:

La décoration des chambres vieillotte assorti à l'établissement mais d'un style plutôt très ancien.

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. Ça ne ressemble pas à la réalité de l’hôtel et le petit déjeuné était vraiment pas qualitat

Location good a walk away from main town shops and restaurants thats only positive

Cons:

Rooms old dark and weird steps to drag bags over at room entrance and friends room terrible too with long stairs leading to bathroom and very small & dark and aircon didn't work well ,also dinning room for breakfast like a hot house the aircon unit was so old
