Een keer maar nooit meer.
Pros:

De locatie was uitstekend, mooi tegen het centrum aan. De auto konden we parkeren op de binnenplaats. Mooie kamer.

Cons:

Het personeel was ronduit niet vriendelijk! Zowel bij het inchecken als bij het ontbijt. Behalve de man van de avondreceptie.
De kamer op de bovenste etage, net onder het dak, was erg warm en er is geen airco. Daarnaast moest je douchen in het bad zonder douchegordijn.
De prijs- kwaliteitverhouding is ver te zoeken.

Die Lage ist einfach top! Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auswahl gross.
Lage vom Hotel perfekt.
Die Angestellten von der Rezeption sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Balkon.

Cons:

Das Hotel könnte eine renovation gebrauchen. Leitungen ect.

Gute Lage, sehr schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage nahe an der Altstadt. Ambiente sehr schön. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Hatte ein Einzelzimmer, dass zwar Charme hatte aber schon sehr klein war und der Preis dafür schon ziemlich heftig ist.

Great location very close to Como centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely. Reception area had lots of character.

Cons:

Our room was on the third floor which kind of felt like being up in the attic. The room only a Velux window which made it difficult to keep the room cool and keep the light out in the early morning. The room also didn't have a shower, only a shower hose in the bath which isn't ideal as this just makes a mess when trying to shower. The hair dryer in the room was also very old, not great for drying long hair. We was reminded upon check in we had booked an 'economy room' so probably why the room has the above qualities.

Uroczy Hotel do pięknego pobytu w Como
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna, przy głównej bramie wejściowej na starówkę, Cicho w nocy. Bo w samym centrum ruchliwie.
Pokoje stylowe, personel uśmiechnięty i cały czas bardzo pomocny.
Śniadania w stylu Europejskim, bardzo obwite i smaczne.

Cons:

No żeby cokolwiek napisać. Woda mineralna w butelkach: dlaczego nie jest wymieniana codziennie? Bo tylko jedna butelka dla dwóch osób w pierwszym dniu, i dwa następne dni nic.
