No había nadie en recepción y te atendían los camareros del bar, los cuales no fueron nada amables. Nos asignaron una habitación donde la calefacción no se podía parar y después de varias vistas por parte de personal a la habitación , conseguimos un cambio. Almohadas muy incómodas
