Pros:

Location is excellent.

Cons:

Air conditioning in room 412 is not very good. Complained several times and they couldn't do anything about it. Paying for loungers around the pool.

Pros:

Hatte Transfer vom Flughafen Venedig zum Hotel übers Hotel gebucht- hat super geklappt. Hatten 2 Delux EZ- Zimmer sehr schön mit riesigem Balkon und großem Badezimmer. Seitlicher Blick auf Strand mit Meer , Pro Zimmer gab es gratis 1 Schirm und 2 Liegen dazu.

Cons:

Würden nie wieder HP dazunehmen: Abendessen pro Gang jeweils 4 Speisen zur Auswahl, Speisen aber nicht gewürzt, Risotto steinhart, phantasielos, tw echt nicht genießbar!!! Haben dann täglich Penne mit Tomatensauce gegessen..
Und : warum kümmert sich niemand darum, dass Eltern mit ihren Säuglingen , welche normale Windeln tragen. in dem Pool gehen ? Andere Leute mögen nicht im Lulu-Becken schwimmen..!!! Das Wasser hatte schon einen komischen Geruch! Und Es gibt ja eh einen Kinderpool auch!
Und warum liegen die Delux-Zimmer dort, wo täglich(!!) zw 6:00 und 7:00 die Müllabfuhr die Kübeln leert..?!! Wir waren auf Urlaub und wollten lange schlafen…

Byłby super gdyby nie ukryte opłaty za udogodnienia, które powinny być w cenie pobytu
Pros:

Miły personel, bardzo dobre jedzenie, przyjemny, czysty i przestronny pokój. Lokalizacja, basen i plaża.

Cons:

Pobieranie opłaty przez hotel za leżaki przy basenie oraz ręczniki na plaży. Pierwszy raz spotykam się z sytuacją, że leżak przy basenie kosztuje 10€ a ręcznik 3€ - idąc tym tropem za chwilę hotel będzie pobierał opłatę za sprzątanie pokoju, czy wymianę ręczników. Gdybym znalazł informację o płatnych leżakach przy basenie mocno bym się zastanowił czy wybrać ten hotel. W podsumowaniu za powyższe opłaty wydałem ok 350€. Hotel znalazł sobie ukrytą możliwość pobierania opłat bo wiadomo, że jedzie się tam, celem wypoczynku na basenie lu plaży.

Great hotel, but read the small print
Pros:

Location good, lovely hotel with friendly helpfully staff.
We stayed half board and the food was great.
Can get to Venice by public transport in about a hour.
The only moan is that even though on the beach you have to pay extra for sunbeds. Which is poor show but to top that they charge you if you want a pool side sunbed in the hotel grounds. To end on a positive the bike hire was free.
Stay again? No, purely on the sunbed situation.
