Nulla o quasi.

Cons:

Il terzo letto abbiamo dovuto farlo noi. Incredibile ma vero. Stanza minuscola e rumorosa in quanto affacciava sulla ferrovia. Staff che dà la sensazione di farti un piacere anziché ringraziare per essere cliente. Che problemi ha questa catena di hotel a mettere un paio di appendiabiti in più? Prezzo carissimo per quanto offerto.

The staff were super lovely even let me use the restrooms long after I checked out. Something so simple can make customers super happy.

It was good value for money and well located, but some basic room amenities could be improved
Pros:

We stayed for one night, and it was good value for money. Everything went smoothly. The train station is quite close, and the old town is about a 15-minute walk away, so the location is very convenient. We arrived at the hotel by bus around noon, stopped there, and then went into the city center. We did the same the next morning, which was very practical.

Cons:

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the power outlets were only on one side of the room, which was not very practical. We only had backpacks, but there was no proper space to place large suitcases. This was not a problem for us, but it could be for other guests. The lack of a hairdryer was also inconvenient.
