The noise above us. Spoke with office the On Site Clerk was very professional polite and helpful. I advised of the noise above my room all day they were dragging and dropping something that sounded like a ball. The Clerk stated there was no one that has checked in the room for over 10 days it has not been checked out. He went to check and it was the housekeeper with the foolery. After that it stopped. Do not understand her need to be in the room all day and then late in the evening and it is after ten at night. when no one has checked into the room and it was cleaned ten days prior to the last check out. My sis advised of witchcraft and in reading reviews I see this is a problem across the board. Theses folks should be mindful if we do not check in they do not not have a Job. It is the fact that we patronize a business that is how the company makes the money to pay their employees. There are many facilities that this behavior does not take place. I love the price and location just feel the incident could have simply been avoided especially given it was an EMPLOYEE.

Very nice room!
Pros:

The room was a very very nice room. It had two very comfortable beds. They were very clean with nice linens on them. They even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and the towels appeared clean and were comfortable. The breakfast was muffins and yogurt and fruit coffee and some juices. Just enough of a snack to get you on the road. The staff were very pleasant, very helpful. And friendly. Once you get in the room it looks like a whole different place like a nice hotel, like a Hampton. Overall. I would highly recommend it. Very nice place at a very good price.

Cons:

It's called a hotel, but it is really a motel, as in, The doors are on the outside edge of the building, so you pull up to your own door (if there's room outside). Was not expecting that but it was fine. It was also very close to the highway so occasionally there were semis that Would go noisily by but for the most part we were not disturbed by noise. Unfortunately we asked for a sofa bed which WAS there but it was old and there were no linens or extra blankets for that-so that was the main downside to this room.

Broken/damaged night stand. Most USB ports did not work. Bed was hard. Air conditioner cover was missing and the electric plug had to be taped to the wall.
