Pros:

入住時服務員有耐心的幫忙，不到十分鐘就完成入住手續。
有買早餐的旅客，目前不會發紙本餐券，只要到餐廳前面報房間號碼即可，如果不會日文或英文的人可以把房間號碼拍下來，拿給餐廳服務人員看即可，早餐種類很多，很好吃。
房間大小剛剛好，住的很舒服，很適合獨行旅客。

Great value and close to the Hakata station
Pros:

Really good value if you book a few months in advance.
The hot drinks machine that's available from the afternoon has tasty matcha latte, not only coffee based drinks! and I discovered too late :( it was really tasty!
It might be a little far from the streets with yatai, but it's close to Canal City, and there are buses that stop close by

Cons:

Nothing in particular, just don't take the weird routes Google maps might tell you to take from Hakata station, just cross the Sumiyoshi Dori, just go straight left on it ( you'll see a Book off, Ana Crowne hotel, Sutton Hotel) and turn right on Kokutetsu street. I don't know why maps suggest me to take the back streets that have no sidewalks to lug my suitcases!)
Like most hotels, the public bath has better amenities than on the room, but I'd say the bath is a tad small if there are more than 5 people there.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner top niveau, les équipements mis à disposition (café,thé,eau à volonté, onsen public, machine à laver et sèche linge) chambre confortable sans bruit, propreté irréprochable, l’emplacement proche de la gare Hakata. Pour 2 , 103 euros la nuit avec petit déjeuner (se rajoute la taxe onsen quotidienne mais c’est dérisoire !)

駅から少し距離はあるも、コスパの良い快適ホテル
Pros:

清潔で快適な部屋でした。ホテル到着時(午後)にフリーのコーヒーサービスが嬉しかったのと、チェックアウト後に、自分で鍵付きのバゲージスペースに預けられたことが良かったです。

看不出有三星的水準，完全不推薦。
Pros:

1、浴室熱水出來很快，水溫足夠、水壓夠強。
2、櫃檯人員親切，我有包裹寄送問題都協助我完成。
3、有行李自助寄放區，非常方便。
4、地理位置佳，離博多車站、運河城都很近，旁邊就是住吉神社，週末還遇到市集。

Cons:

1、房間灰塵非常多！手機放著充電，洗完澡出來就一層灰⋯⋯電視遙控器上也都是灰塵！住兩晚全家人明顯都在咳嗽😡
2、隔音很差，半夜常常被飆車族或各式各樣的聲音吵醒。
3、設施陳舊，空間狹小，之前在京都也住三星飯店，完全看不出這家是同等級。
4、大廳的bar飲料非常難喝。
5、電梯數量少、空間小，推行李等電梯花了不少時間。
