Overall we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with wide spread of selections.

Cons:

Location wise was not so central .Need to walk about 15 mins to Hakata bus/ train station.

Un bon emplacement pour visiter Fukuoka et la région
Pros:

Proche de la gare mais à quelques 15 minutes de marche tout de même. Ça reste très pratique pour visiter Fukuoka et même passer une journée à Nagasaki. Proche de lieux sympas comme le canal city ou la shotengai de la ville. La chambre était relativement spacieuse

Un peu vieillot mais tout à fait fonctionnel

Value for money and I'll highly recommend for the location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was close to bus stops, malls, and Hakata station. Also plenty of convenience stores and food nearby. It was next to a shrine, so the surrounding area was fairly peaceful. Staff were also friendly.

Cons:

Room size fit 2 people comfortably, but the bathroom was quite small. The bed were also overly soft (sunken) and I woke up with back aches.

Lovely staff. Breakfast was ok. Room small but managed ok. Bed too small for one very tall person and partner! Would suggest a twin room for more comfort. The baths seemed very popular although we didn't use them. Used the laundry facilities, very good. Within walking distance of Fukuoka station.

Cons:

Size of double bed....too small! Every day two bags were left outside with clean towels, water, shavers etc. We had lots of them leftover after 4 days. Definitely a bit of a waste!!!

Great location but terrible breakfast
Pros:

great location close to Namba. spacious room with a lot of amenties in the room. I cannot complain on that. Clean and spacious bathroom, nice view, massage chair (not used by us), microwave, fridge, huge TV and sound system.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. We were staying in 6 different hotels in Japan this time and by far this one was the worse. Not a lot to pick from, cold food (even though placed in the pans)

很喜歡喔，下次還會再來住

竟然還有澡堂可以泡湯！太喜歡了！好便宜耶，下次來福岡一定要住！只有房間小沒辦法攤開兩個行李箱這個點可以挑剔😫
