The bathroom drain was full of blonde hair which made it difficult for the water to go down the drain.
The entrance door was heavy and difficult to close

Cons:

No hot water , staff allows smoking . Had to deal with pot smell all night with little one did not ch age my room. Door between room was unlocked . Staff needs politness at desk specially one in night. Dont bullshit a bullshitter pls to night cclerk

Another overall nice stay.

Great value for the money. NIce quiet stay

Cons:

Kept hearing gurgling and what sounded like someone using a plunger through the kitchen sink drain. Then a heavy sewage smell would come up through the drain. The bathroom vanity was small and the toilet was set too low.

Weather was great. We had to deal with work being done at the pier no fault of the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was advertised as hot breakfast, fresh fruits , waffles and Danish. Hot coffee and juice.

Breakfast was coffee, juices, warm eggs, several different daily meat mostly sausage. One day ham and one day bacon. No fresh fruits, canned fruits, no waffles but they did have bread, English muffins and bagles. No waffles or bagles. They had yogurt and hard boiled eggs, grated cheese and cream cheese.
I picked this hotel so I would have a great breakfast and not have to find anything else to eat outside of the hotel
One morning they had fried potatoes and 2 mornings they had French toast sticks.
They did have biscuits and gravy every day.

Cons:

Many times no staff at front desk.
Had a problem with the front door locking me inside and luckily they had an adjourned room to get us out.
We had to change rooms.

I had such a great stay last year I had to come back this year my son and girlfriend met us there

Very Good not excellent
Pros:

Bartender Tiana was great. Gave us some good information for the area. Pool and Hot Tub was cleaned well every morning. Free hot breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Late night check in women made you feel like you were annoying her. Fresh Towels and Trash Removal was taken care of daily. Room sleeps 6 we had 5 people but they only left 3 sets of towels each day. Never left extra toilet paper had to keep asking for it at the front desk.

Did not meet expectations!
Pros:

Liked the location of the hotel.

Cons:

Hotel was dated, especially room and hallways. Carpet throughout hallways and room. Only non-carpeted area was the bathroom in the room. Breakfast was the same daily with minor changes to the meat option. Had to wait and ask staff for cup of hot water if you want a cup of tea. Had an issue with the room and after several attempts, staff did resolve the issue which was a relief.
