Pros:

Lovely clean and bright hotel.staff very pleasant and courteous. Had a large premium room with great sea view.worth upgrading room.dining room was bright and airy with nice selection of tasty food.bar prices very reasonable 2.50 for glass of nice wine and 3.50 for pint of lager.dont let some bad reviews put you off I don't think you'll be disappointed. Hotel in good location for bars and very close to marina.some work going on around pool area but didn't put us out any.Stunning gardens.we,ll be back in near future.Thanks

Very relaxing and comfortable stay in a very pleasant Hotel.
Pros:

Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast selection very impressive. Staff very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Didn’t go for a sea view room, probably should have as my balcony was very small with no sunshine at anytime of the day. (547) Shame the pool and pool bar were not available due to work, however I was told they would be open on my return in May.

Room and bathroom. Spotless. Food choice very good.excellent location.

Cons:

There was significant ground work by pools. Pneumatic drill and digger a constant noise during the day. Ruined being on the terrace near 2 available pools. This should have been made clear before booking. Email sent to manage. Never received a response. Informed 2 receptionist of my grievance and to inform manager that I had sent email. No response! Booking.com also got no response but gave a small credit towards next booking.
