A félpanziós mesés volt, folyamatosan töltötték fel. Minden este jó műsorral készültek. Délig kellett elhagyni a szobát.

Snad len poloha hotela. Animacie pre deti. Animatori boli velmi fajn. Pri bazene v bufetr bol personal fajn. Ranajky a vecere boli fajn,kym neprijemni personal nepokazil chut.

Az na snad 4 ludi, bol personal neprijemni. Pani na recepcii blondyna extremne neprijemna. Hotel osarpany,izbu sme nedali upratovat,lebo aj tak dlazku neumyvali. Vlasy asi po predoslych ubytovanych sme nasli. Na ranajkach aj vecer bol casto krat spinavy riad. Izba mala,podlahy,obklady obite.

Pros:

Wij hebben dit hotel voor de eerste keer gekozen en een verblijf van één week met volpension geboekt.
Over het algemeen waren wij tevreden over de schoonmaak. De vloer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en de lakens werden om de 2 à 3 dagen vervangen. Zelfs de tafels en stoelen buiten werden schoongemaakt. Het schoonmaakpersoneel was behulpzaam.
Het was prettig dat wij handdoeken bij de receptie konden krijgen en deze konden omwisselen voor schone handdoeken.
In het hotel is een klein winkeltje waar je sieraden en andere spullen kunt kopen. De medewerker daar was erg behulpzaam en de prijzen waren zeer geschikt als je souvenirs wilt kopen.
Het ontbijt had over het algemeen veel keuze. De lunch was gedeeltelijk gevarieerd en het diner had elke avond gerechten uit verschillende culturen.

Cons:

Wij hadden de beoordelingen van het hotel gelezen voordat wij kwamen. Zoals sommige mensen schreven over insecten, hebben wij zelf geen kakkerlakken gezien. Misschien komt dit in andere kamers voor. Onze kamer bevond zich op een hogere verdieping. Wel waren er tijdens ons verblijf heel veel muggen aanwezig.
De schoonmaak was niet altijd hetzelfde. De laatste schoonmaakmedewerker die op onze kamer kwam, heeft de lakens niet vervangen, maar de vuile bedhoezen opnieuw op ons bed gelegd. De vloer werd niet schoongemaakt, de deur werd open gelaten waardoor er muggen naar binnen kwamen en de handdoeken werden willekeurig in de badkamer neergelegd. Daarom merkten wij dat niet elke medewerker op dezelfde manier werkt.
Tijdens de eerste dagen werd onze kamer in de ochtend schoongemaakt. Na enkele dagen gebeurde dit pas rond 16:00 uur. Wij hebben dit gemeld bij de receptie. De medewerker bij de receptie zei dat de schoonmaak tot 16:00 uur kon plaatsvinden. Wij vonden dit eerlijk gezegd niet prettig, omdat wij overdag naar het zwembad en het strand gingen en na het douchen schone handdoeken nodig hadden.
De uitleg vanuit de receptie was onvoldoende. Wij kregen alleen informatie over het restaurant en de maaltijden. Over de rest van de faciliteiten van het hotel kregen wij geen uitleg. Pas op de laatste dag ontdekten wij bepaalde mogelijkheden. Daarom vinden wij dat de informatievoorziening beter had gekund.
Ook lazen wij in de beoordelingen dat sommige mensen schreven over steile hellingen naar het strand. Dit klopt, maar er is ook een kortere route vanuit het hotel naar het strand. Niemand heeft ons hierover geïnformeerd. Wij ontdekten deze route zelf doordat wij andere mensen deze zagen gebruiken.
Er was ook weinig informatie over wat er in de stad te doen was.
De zwembaden waren een groot minpunt. Het hotel heeft drie zwembaden. Eén zwembad is betaald en de andere twee waren helaas niet schoon. Onder water was zand en vuil zichtbaar.
Het hotel heeft nergens een klok hangen.

Great location, great pool area, shame about work going on in the hotel and next door properties.

Apart from ongoing building work the only other issue was intermittent hot water supply to the shower.
