El personal muy atento.

Cons:

Hotel español con horario británico. Cena de 18.30 a 21.00
Soy de horarios tempranos y entiendo y respeto que en el hotel máximo cierren a las 22.30 o incluso 22. Pero, ¿qué español cena en España a las 18.30?
Aparcamiento minúsculo.

Not a 4 star hotel.

Cons:

Staff appeared stressed and we felt reluctant to talk to them. Information was lacking. Didn’t know we could get towels around the pool. Just overheard a conversation on the last day that this was possible. So we bought two at the local shops. No info on how the television works. No info on being able to hire a kettle. Asked about the sun beds in the separate area. Staff had no info. Home page on the television was not working properly. So couldn’t get info in English.
Felt very awkward when we arrived for breakfast and hadn’t been given our paper slips to prove we had breakfast included. The member of staff on reception made us feel like this was a big problem. Quiet frankly he was quiet rude.

El bufet...había de todo y muy bueno. Ls piscina tmb muy bien..tienen servicio de toallas,esta muy bien y no tienes q llevar en la maleta.

Necesita una reforma...el baño con poquísima luz,casi no nos podemos poner las lentillas.la puerta del baño no se abría entera y casi no podías entrar al inodoro..falto leche hidratante desde el primer dia...y la mesa del balcón estaba sucia,cuando nos entregaron la habitación.
La habitación nos la dieron a las 15:00..nos pareció tarde...y pedimos q nos dejarán salir a la 13:00 y tampoco fue posible.
Cuando hice ls reserva pedí una habitación alta y me dieron la 0..me dijo q nos les constaba..no se q paso.
Y el parking caro 12€..y estaba casi vacío.
Pudimos aparcar fuera sin problema.
