En general ha sido buena.
Pros:

El personal súper amable. La cercanía de la playa y la playa en particular espectacular. La piscina muy limpia en tema pelos para toda la cantidad de gente que había.

Cons:

Demasiadas personas. Entiendo que es Agosto, pero el momento de comer es un poco caótico y ruidoso.

Hotel para familias con niños.
Pros:

En general las instalaciones están bien y hay todo lo necesario para disfrutar del hotel. La habitación cumplía con las expectativas y la situación del hotel es muy buena.

Cons:

Cuando el hotel esta lleno los ascensores son insuficientes a ciertas horas. En la cena con el comedor lleno no dan a basto y un dia ni siquiera nos ofrecieron bebida.
Capitulo aparte merecen algunos animadores, hacen comentarios en los juegos tan machistas que parecen de hace un siglo.

Esperábamos mucho más

Las instalaciones estaban bien para niños por lo demás muy flojo.

Cons:

La limpieza en general dejaba mucho que desear, el buffet la comida mala , repetitiva y de baja calidad, la gente que está al mando del hotel subdirector un mal educado tuvimos un problema y fue incapaz de pedirnos disculpas.

Check-in was awful. They thought we were testing to cheat on us.
Rooms so dirty they have never cleaned them. Moths under the bed, hairs all over, pillows dirty, a nightmare!!
