El bar no está dimensionado para tanta gente, por lo que hay que esperar. Y en verano será peor
Food was great plenty of choice, staff very helpful as always.
The restaurant is on the 3rd floor, and as a wheelchair user, I would get stuck trying to get back to my 2nd floor room waiting for lifts. There were 3 lifts however one was broken. I had to wait 15 minuets one time to get back down to the 2nd floor to my room.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente si vas a disfrutar de la playa, está a pie de una playa tranquila y buena para disfrutar en familia. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario. Lo que mas quiero destacar es el personal del hotel, que como en todos los sitios había de todo, pero en su mayoría agradables, intentando ayudar, atentos. En especial, Ruglig de mediodía y cena que trató a nuestro hijo con todo el amor del mundo... también destacar Javier, Luca, y todas las chicas que estuvieron siempre con una sonrisa al vernos.
He de decir que no hubo nada que no me gustara. Por decir algo, habia un ascensor estropeado lo que hacía la espera un poco mas larga en las subidas y bajadas pero nada destacable. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa.
Overall a good hotel, clean with good facilities. Food is generally very good, with plenty of choice.
Location is fab, across the road from the beach. Long flat pathway along the sea front, perfect for an evening stroll.
Sea view rooms have a great view from the Balcony.
Pool area is really nice, water was a bit cold on my visit, but would be brillient in summer.
Some shops and bars very close by, but bus stops outside if you want to go further.
Food is plentiful but repetitive. The restaurant gets very busy. Nobody explained what to do on first visit, but soon worked it out.
Asked for more tea and coffee in my room (superior rooms have a kettle), the man on reception was not impressed but did send someone up with some later - didn't ask again !

This is a nice holiday hotel with good facilities especially the pool which is excellent. The rooms are a good size and the beds are large and very comfortable. The decor generally is very modern having just been reonvated so the restaurant lounges and bars are all bright and pleasant. The locations is excellent right across from the beach and in a quite less frantic area of Mojacar.
The receiptioist who checked us in was so disinterested she may as well have been a robot. She was particularly unhelpful when the room we were assigned reeked of heavy smoking but she told us no one could smoke in the rooms, though as we discovered ash trays were supplied on the balcony. It seems that Spanish hotels do not have non smoking rooms as such. It took some persistence on our part to get tp speak to a Manager who was apologetic and somewhat more helpful and we were able to change rooms .
Parking was another issuue, this hotel charges 8-16 euro a night (depending on who you talk to) but we were told that if we had booked our room on their own website (rather than uisng an agent) parking would have been free.
The food in the restaurant is particularly monotonous especially for breakfast. The quality and quanty of food in the evenings was uneven, sometimes quite poor while at other times especially at the weekend it was quite good.
Entertainment in the evenings is spanish only. however, the bar/lounge is a pleasant and relaxing environment.
The room was comfortable, had 2 double beds, and a sea view. Staff friendly and polite the pool was huge the food was good and location was perfect for us .
Really enjoyed our 4 day stay here .

Food not up to usual standard, same choices every evening
En general, la experiencia ha sido muy buena. El hotel es moderno, cómodo y se nota que aún están mejorando algunas zonas, pero todo lo que ya tienen está muy bien cuidado.
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento: recepción, camareros, limpieza… todos muy atentos y profesionales. La comida nos sorprendió para bien, bastante variada y buena en general. La cama también era muy cómoda, algo que siempre se agradece para descansar bien.
El hotel está más apartado de la zona de ambiente y ocio, así que es perfecto para quien busque tranquilidad y desconectar. En temporada baja está más orientado a personas mayores o familias que quieran un ambiente relajado. Para niños también está muy bien preparado, con zonas de juegos y actividades.
Algo que nos gustó mucho fue la zona junto al gimnasio: puedes entrenar mientras ves a los niños en la sala acristalada de actividades, lo que da mucha tranquilidad a las familias.
Por las noches suele haber algún espectáculo o baile en la zona del bar, creando un ambiente agradable sin ser agobiante.
En resumen, un hotel muy recomendable si buscas descanso, comodidad y un ambiente tranquilo cerca del mar.
Como pequeña pega, hubo un cocinero que no tenía el trato más agradable del mundo, pero sinceramente fue algo puntual y no empaña la buena experiencia general.
