Vacaciones al lado del mar
Pros:

Nos gusta mucho y hemos repetido. Por la ubicación y la habitación. El buffet es muy completo en todas las comidas.

correcto, solo estropeado por la invidencia del día 1 de la piscina.

El buffet, muy variado y con cenas temáticas cada día, Asía, México, Italia, gala ….

Cons:

Perdimos un día sin poder disfrutar de la piscina. Al hacer el check out expresé mi malestar porque durante 1 jornada completa de 7 que contratamos no pudimos utilizar la piscina y no dieron ningun tipo de solución , ….. sólo que son cosas que pasan ….Pero hemos tenido que pagar 1 día que no hemos disfrutado de las instalaciones .

Mala gestión

A mitad de trayecto nos llamaron para reubicarnos en otro hotel de la cadena por una avería, sin verlo ni haberlo elegido. Al día siguiente comprobamos que había disponibilidad en la web y no nos comunicaron nada. No me parece serio ni tampoco me gustó. El trato del otro hotel muy bien, pero la comida regular, la limpieza también regular y la habitación que nos ofrecieron, aunque era nueva,muy pequeña y faltaban muchos detalles. Por supuesto error del la gestión de reubicación del Hotel.

El personal todos eran muy amables!!! Las instalaciones del hotel, la cercanía hacia la playa, la comida del bufet era variada y estaba muy rica! En general muy bien todo

La ubicación con respecto a la playa.

Cons:

La limpieza del hotel es mala, las habitaciones lo poco que hacen es estirar camas y reponer toallas. En el comedor tienes que tener cuidado en qué silla te pones porque la mitad de ellas están sucias y rotas; además se hacen largas colas para coger comida hecha en el momento ya que sólo hay un cocinero para tres zonas.
