It was a good stay with great staff and a nice view, but the noise, ventilation could be improved.
Pros:

The view outside was great. The staff were very supportive, helpful, and friendly. The hotel decoration was nice, and the breakfast was very good, although I think it could be even better for a five-star hotel. The bathroom was spacious and fairly clean.

Cons:

The sound insulation was not good. Since the hotel is close to the railway, the noise from passing trains was disturbing, especially if you are sensitive to sound. In our room, there was often a smell of food, and it seemed that the ventilation system was bringing smoke or cooking smells from the kitchen into the room.
The restaurant menu was quite limited, and I felt there were not many choices available.

The pillows were extremely soft, even when I used two of them together. Also, the bed was a bit short.

Pros:

Att få njuta av ett litet spa efter en lång resdag var underbart! Trevlig personal, solterass utanför rummet, skön säng och vacker omgivning. Ingen störande trafik. Toppen!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden sicher nochmal hier buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach nur schön. Vom Hotel aus kann man beide Brücken sehen. Wenn man Glück hat kann man Schweinswale im Wasser sichten. Wanderwege rund um das Hotel laden für ausgiebige Spaziergänge ein. Das Essen im Restaurant war absolut köstlich und der Blick ein Traum.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl ist zuverlässig aber antiquarisch und könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Ich hätte mich sehr über einen Obstsalat und eine O-Saft zum Frühstück gefreut. Dafür gab es andere leckere Sachen.

Eminent udsigt.

Cons:

Frygtelig kedelig og anonym hotelindretning, præget af sort og grå. Ville foretrække mere retro/klassisk/romantisk stil, hvilket jeg går ud fra ville mere mere tro mod Kongebrogårdens oprindelige indretning?

Baggrundsmusikken bestod af forfærdelige coverversioner af dårlige popnumre. Ville foretrække mere klasse, fx klassisk musik eller blot stilhed.

Keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Mussten als ältere Gäste, ganzes Gepäck selber ausladen und alleine in den 2. Stock schleppen. Schmuddeliger Teppich. Unfreundliches, Servicepersonal, arroganter Kellner ABENDS. überrissene Preise sowohl für das Zimmer wie fürs Essen

Pros:

The location was great - on the water and only a few minutes walk or drive to the Old Harbour. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite with a balcony was perfect for us.

Cons:

Being a light sleeper, I had to get used to the sound of the trains crossing the nearby bridge over the water. Just ask for a different spot in the property.

Super ophold og vil meget gerne komme igen.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger perfekt med lille lystbådehavn og udsigt over Lillebælt og begge broer.
Vi følte os meget velkommen da vi trådte ind ad døren til hotellet pga. af et personale der var smilende og særdeles service mindet.
Maden var over forventet det smagte virkelig godt stor ros til kokken.
Tjeneren var ligeledes særdeles servicemindet og god til at fortælle om både vin og maden hun serverede.
Der var 2 arrangementer som vi som ikke deltagerer over hoved ikke lagde mærke til.
1000 tak for den gode oplevelse.

Cons:

Vi havde en enkel lidt negativ oplevelse.
Vi havde en lille hund med, og er helt klar over den ikke må komme med i restauranten, men vi ville i baren og vidste ikke om vi måtte tage hunden med, derfor løftede jeg vores lille hund op og gik i baren for at høre om vi måtte købe en øl og sætte os på terrassen, vi så ingen skilte og at hunden ikke måtte komme i baren, men hende der kom og fortalte os at hunden ikke måtte komme i baren brugte rigtig meget tid på at fortælle os at hunden ikke måtte være der, det var først da jeg blev sur hun fortalte os at vi kunne gå ud af terrassedøren, men skulle gå ind af hovedindgange når vi skulle ind.
Hun var ikke service mindet.
Næste gang det sker at en kunde ikke ved om hunden må komme i baren bør proceduren være:
Nej, hunden må ikke være i baren, fordi vi servere mad i baren, derfor må jeg bede jer enten gå på terrassen gennem denne terrassedør eller ud i receptionen.
Eller mere synlige skiltning hvor hunden må være.
