El hotel el personal y sobretodo las animadoras excelente

El hotel es una maravilla en todos los aspectos el bufé muy bueno

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que en las habitaciones y en los pasillos no hay apenas aire acondicionado y en la habitación el aire es muy escaso se pasa un poco de calor.

Las sábanas olían horrible y salí con un virus horrible que me hizo vomitar y diarrea seguido durante los últimos dos días de mi estancia por culpa del buffet porque era lo único que estaba comiendo (éramos 8 y acabamos así la mitad o más) la peor decisión que he tomado ha sido ir a ese hotel, tuve que ir a urgencias porque ya no tenía fuerzas en el cuerpo de lo deshidratada que estaba por culpa de vomitar cada rato hasta tal punto de vomitar verde porque no tenía nada en mi estómago. Les estoy pidiendo hoja de reclamaciones y no me hacen caso

Un hotel muy recomendable , buena comida , limpio y muy bonito, buen recibimiento, me encantó y volveré de nuevo pero en familia .

el aire no lo podías controlar tu y ponerlo a tu gusto sobre a grados lo cual por la noche hacia fresco ( por poner alguna pega ) .

Pros:

The late check out was not possible on our day (full capacity), but we could still use everything (besides the room) in the hotel.

Cons:

First of all the AC was not good. There’s some central air conditioning, so we couldn’t set the temperature we wanted, the room was too hot.
Room cards - we had to go to the reception several times, because our cards were not working, which was not great going from the highest floor down.
Elevators - during busy times (breakfast, dinner etc.) we had to wait quite some time for the elevator to come.
Wellness - we paid for the wellness, but in the big pool there was not enough water as you can see in the pictures from the hotel. We paid also for the sunbeds in the “VIP zone” which was horrible for that price. The beds don’t look like in the pictures from the hotel - no black frame, white curtains, white mattress. Instead of it there’s green mattress which was dirty. Also somebody who hasn’t paid for the bed went there, nobody was checking it. When you pay for it, you get orange towel.
Furniture - the hotel should invest in the new furniture. Our nightstands were really worn out.

Muchas cosas por mejorar, pero un lugar lindo
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho las vistas, y la habitación está bien en relación a calidad precio. Está lejos de lo que es el centro pero hay bus que pasan cada 15 minutos muy bien conectados. Si vas temprano seguro encuentras aparcamiento cerca.

Cons:

La taza del wc no tragaba bien. Era un incordio
El bufet muy simple , además a mi pareja le sentó algo mal de lo que comió y no pudimos bajar a dos desayunos y a una cena.
