Great location in nice quiet neighborhood.
Pros:

Location! Easy quick walking to downtown Napa, in nice quiet safe neighborhood, wide secure parking lot back of hotel. I was surprised that breakfast was not buffet, waitress brings a breakfast dish individually to each table, felt special and welcomed.

Cons:

The room was a little tight with a dog.

Charming and convient stay
Pros:

Location is an easy walk to downtown, charming inn with personal touches such as cookies in the lobby.

Cons:

Hard to communicate special conditions and asks to a seemingly automated communication system only. Only a communal fridge in the lobby and little amenities in the room.

Price is not appropriate for what is offered. Half would be more adequate. Small room, good but not exceptional quality, breakfast in a cold basement.

Good location, other parts need fine tuning.
Pros:

Few blocks from first street. Nice location. Main house is really cool. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Check in was more complicated than it should have been. Shower was not hot/warm for my partner but ok for me. Shower rod fell twice. We didn’t stay in main house but in a tiny room in a cottage. This was not obvious during reservation process. We couldn’t get the overhead light to work. There was only one outlet in room that worked.

We loved the huge tub and the fire place! The bed was comfy! Breakfast was so cute and perfect. The French press waiting in the lobby was so nice as well. Can wait to come back.
