Customer service with two young boys
Was near a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Considered in China town. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The hotel parking was in garage under hotel which was convenient.
The rooms are being updated as well as hotel. I had to go to 1st floor lobby to warm up food in microwave or get ice. (I was on 3rd flr.) Parking is charged separately by day $15 per car, so I did not know that. I would have just parked outside street somewhere. The location I had a hard time finding because the street side of it is dark and closed up. There should be some sign of where it is located. The lobby did not look like an entrance. You had to park car in parking lot (small size) and walk into a walkway top find the lobby rather confusing. Rooms had old furniture not stable.
Peaceful and quiet.

Buen personal
Quiet,clean, and safe hotel.
The location was perfect and the parking was easy to access. Staff was very kind. Place was nice and quiet.
It was a bit outdated and the halls had a bit of a weird smell from the carpet. However, the location and the staff made up for it
The staff was very friendly, parking price was good. Location for our trip was perfect.
The hotel is extremely dated. When we pulled up to the front it looks as if the hotel is condemned. It's borded up with public notice signs. The name on the building is also Rotex hotel so that was confusing. The room was very very run down.
Room as fine.
It was very noisy. There was some sort of droning sound at night. The restaurant was closed. There was no coffee or coffee maker on site.
The building was being renovated and google images show pictures from the renovated rooms so it was a bit of a shock.
Room and necessities was pretty barren
How clean, and quiet the hotel was.
No one ever picked up the phone when we called down for towels. Prompting us to always go down to the desk to ask for towels.
