It features 50 contemporary, spacious guest quarters with flat-screen TVs, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, mini-fridges and coffee machines, a 24/7 front desk, Hong Yeon restaurant and Café Yeon.

Pros:

Room is spacious, with a view of the Hollywood sign. Beds are fairly comfy. In walking distance to good food

Cons:

The hotel has obviously been recently acquired, so its under construction and navigating to the check-in was a bit confusing as the name on the front of the hotel hasn't been changed yet

Basic and boring.
Pros:

The name on the building doesn’t match the website.

Cons:

Lobby in state of confusion with remodel
going on. No coffee service in the room… unless you had a remodeled one. Bathroom vanity old and worn out. Hole in bottom of bathroom door. No umbrellas Mr instant

Don't stay here until their renovations are complete!
Cons:

The hotal was under "renovations", which I knew before I booked . BUT, they didn't update their description. There was not only no breakfast, there wasn't even coffee. No vending machines. Nothing. The lobby was stripped down to the cement - literally. I was given one of the old rooms, which was really worn and dated. The hangers were broken. There was no iron (although they did bring one when I asked). And the staff were polite, but not nearly what you could describe as friendly. Finally, they charge for parking ($15), which is fine, but there was no discount or compensation for the state of the hotel or the absence of amenities advertised in their description.

Love staying in KTown! The hotel was just what I needed.

It's still under remodeling. There were exposed parts, broken things, and signs that things were damaged but it was just aesthetic issues

It’s a nice property the rooms are updated and comfortable. 24/7 security in the parking lot to ensure safe environment.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say their lobby is being remodeled at the moment so I’m sure it will come out nice!

Everytime Im in LA, I stay here
Pros:

The beds are amazing! The staff is friendly. They are remodeling but that was not an inconvenient.

Cons:

The parking spots are a bit tight, not an issue.
