Première fois à Bali, premier hôtel, très belle expérience .
Pros:

Tout d’abord l’accueil et le service. Ils sont très attentifs à la clientèle et c’est très important pour moi. Ils sont d’une grande gentillesse.
Petit déjeuner très bon, il y en a pour tout le monde L’emplacement est top car près de la plage, très central.
J’ai pu prendre une douche dans une chambre annexe avant mon départ car mon vol était en soirée et je devais quitter ma chambre à midi. J’ai donc encore pu profiter de la piscine en journée.
Aussi, étant donné que je suis restée 10 nuits, j’ai eu droit à un massage gratuit dans leur superbe Spa et également 2 bons pour manger dans 2 restaurants liés à l’hôtel. Un Indien et un Ramen.
J’ai lu des commentaires sur Google que des travaux de rénovation seraient nécessaires. Mais moi je ne trouve pas. L’hôtel est authentique et pas surfait. J’ai vu tous les jours du personne faire des travaux, nettoyer, ranger. Les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours avec de l’eau à disposition chaque jour également.

Cons:

J’ai tout aimé vraiment, j’avais une superbe chambre insonorisée car près d’une rue bruyante.

It looks nothing like the photos it’s way over priced should only be $20 night

Awesome staff and service.
Pros:

Staff AMAZING, Accomodation AMAZING. Just 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants, etc. This is a hidden secret and does not disappoint. L'Occitaine spa on the premises. Two restaurants (Indian and Ramen) which we tried and both ere excellent. Henry and Yoga are the best hosts and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Real Bali friendliness.

Fantastiskt fin vistelse på ett otroligt vackert hotell

Otroligt fint spahotell med väldigt fin inredning och stora rymliga rum. Vi bodde i sviten - som hade två rymliga sovrum, två badrum med dusch och badkar och en stor gemensam balkong. Fantastiskt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal, vi fick en jättefint mottagande med fruktdrinkar i den smakfullt inredda receptionen.
Frukostbuffén var den bästa jag någonsin har ätit, otroligt fräscht och ett stort utbud av olika specialiteter såsom ägg Benedict på toast, churros, French toast och mycket mycket mer. Fantastiskt trevlig personal i frukostrestaurangen och i de övriga två restaurangerna som tillhör hotellet. Vi använde oss av möjligheten att beställa mat från restaurangerna både till rummet och till poolen, väldigt smidigt och trevligt. I vår vistelse ingick en balinesisk massage per person i det otroligt vackra spaet, och det var en fantastisk upplevelse. Jättefin pool med solstolar och möjlighet att låna poolhandukar. Daglig påfyllning av vatten och övrig dricka i minibaren. Jättefin städning dagligen.
Hotellportien skjutsade oss till flygplatsen då det hade blivit en miss i kommunikationen angående vår tidiga utcheckning - otroligt vänligt. Detta är utan tvekan det finaste ställe jag har bott på. Tack för en fantastiskt fin vistelse.

Det finns absolut inte något negativt att säga om boendet. Allt är riktigt riktigt bra.
