Is hotel is good is family rooms and servicing and foods and all safety his family this hotel staff and service and locations and respect is good also list office everything is good and and hotel is there locations and weather and the cleaning hygienic is the all family customer is a safety no problem everybody

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, they even accepted our check-in at 4 am after our plane was delayed. The rooms are acceptable with basic amenities, however, we were never able to have hot water in the bathroom and there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so when we took a shower everything was wet. The hotel itself is close to the Karol Bagh metro station but it is on a very narrow street and difficult to find, at least our uber took around 15 minutes to find out where it was since they don't provide an exact address. The breakfast has little variety and only Indian food, but what we tried was quite tasty.

I stayed in Hotel O'Delhi for my training in one institute of Delhi. I stayed singly in one room,other staff members also stayed singly in their rooms.
I had a wonderful experience at the
hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful, make your stay comfortable.Rooms were wonderful, clean, perfect and very comfortable.The best stay. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

Hotel is near to Karol bagh metro station easy to get every think near the hotel
Room service is fast
Taxi services is available in good price
Overall I am with my family it's looks nice with safety to stay their..

Staff was very courteous and helpful . The food specials was very nice . Owner makes a new dish every other day as chef special . Good hospitality with great room service . Complementary breakfast was very good .
Highly recommend for a nice budget hotel in center of Delhi

Everything about this hotel is pathetic. Rude staff, very very dirty rooms. They dont even clean the rooms when you specially hand over the keys and ask them to clean. No service. They are least bothered about their customers. Breakfast was as though they are doing us a favor. you can find many hotels that are better than this in the same budget.

Hotel has a prime location quite near to the Karol Baugh Metro station which is a big help. Karim's is also quite near. Rooms are decent and value for money. Staff is courteous. Buffet is served in morning which has a variety of dishes. Coffee is good.

The room was dirty and was having bad breath, bathrooms were dirty with the flies in there... bedding was dirty , pillows were the worst... wouldn’t recommend to anybody... receptionist was cooperative but that cudnt help us in any way... it’s seems to b clean on the pics but it’s not at all what is shown in picture

We came here and felt welcome and with a high classy environment. The room is big with a big window amazing comfortable bed Very good clean and friendly staff !!! We had an amazing night here and a good breakfast THANK YOU

Its a good and happy visit... The rooms and place is extremely good and clean.. Food is also nice.. The staff is also very helpful.. And Mr Rahul gupta is very helpful, cooperating and has good managing skills..

The best hotel for all your business stays as well as your family tours. The rooms were good and the hotel Manager Rahul was so generous and polite. I stayed for two days and my over all stay was perfect.

Rooms are clean and neat. But bedsheets are not very clean, can find few stains. No Airtel network inside rooms even in reception. Struggled lot with the mobile network during my stay. But the staffs are very friendly and the food is very testy.

We booked this place for one night stay in Delhi. The rooms are spacious and well designed and the amenities offered are also quite decent. However, the staff needs to work a bit on the service.The television in our room wasn't working and we had to call up reception several times to send somebody to fix. When the person came in he informed us about an issue with the cable connection that was never rectified.

The free-wifi connection offered was damn slow. Unfortunately we could not use it for loading office emails. The speed only supported whatsapp access.

Need to work a bit on guest service. Considering the kind of deluxe rooms they provide, service is also essential to make the guest feel comfortable.

Amazing stay with great hospitality!
The staff is professional and friendly, everything is clean and just perfect. After many times in Delhi this place is my favourite one! Rooms are generous and pretty well designed. I love that place!

Recently i had booked 2 dbr for 5 adults from 27.12. Till 30.12.17 thru a travel portal. Upon reaching at midnight they requested us to allot our rooms in there another property called pawan plaza, almost 1 kms away. Being accomodative, we co-operated to there request, with an assurance that the rooms as well as other facilities are similar to that of this hotel or even better. However upon check in at around mid night, i realized that the same was a nightmare. Room size was barely big enough for 1 person ot stay. Geyser was not working all during our stay and no alternative arrangements were made for hot water. Moreover, room tariff of pawan plaza was much lower that than of o'delhi. To our utter astonishment, inspite of repeated follow up and persuasion with make my trip, travel portal no positive solution was provided to us.

We have stayed here for 2 days.. before check-in they have not cleaned the room. AC is not working properly... They have not changed towels, bedsheets and breadsped also... So guys my suggestion is pls don't stay in this hotel...

hi stayed here 2 times in 7 days in august,, my stay was good the hotel staff is good n cooperative,, specially the restaurant staff at the time of complimentory breakfast,, they always want to serve u with smile,,the rooms here r good in my first visit but when reached again after 5 days found the another room n that is not good as my previous room, the bathroom is horrible ,, wc is leakaged no hot water,,,, they really need some maintainance in some room. overall good hotel but need some maintainance urgently in some rooms

Stayed from 19th to 21st May'17 with family. Beautifully done, well maintained rooms.
Staff is helpful and pleasant. Centrally located and just 10 minutes walk to Karol Bagh Market and Karol Bagh Metro station.
