Hotel Piena Kobe

一番素晴らしいのは朝食が立派でお昼ご飯が要らないくらい充実したしている事ですね。
今回は広くないお部屋を選択しましたがキングベットが広くて快適でした。家具もアンティーク風のデザインで可愛かったです。
エレベーターのボタンも触れたいのに選択出来るボタンでアフターコロナでも喜ばれますね。

今回は京セラドームでのライブのためにこちらを利用させて頂きました。
日本一朝食の美味しいホテルとして有名なのでぜひ泊まってみたいと思っていました。評判通りとてもおしゃれで美味しい朝食をいただき、一日元気に過ごすことができました。三ノ宮駅からそれほど遠くもなく、近くにコンビニやイスズベーカリーという有名なパン屋さんもあり、とても便利です。
お部屋もとても落ち着く色調で、ベッドも寝心地がよかったです。枕が何種類かあり、自分にはどの枕が合うか試してみたりしました。チェックアウトが正午というのもゆったりできてありがたいと思いました。また機会がありましたら宿泊したいと思います。

以前から一度は泊まってみたいと思っていたホテルでした。朝食がとてもおしゃれで美味しかったです！！朝から元気が出ました。三ノ宮駅からもそれほど遠くなく、近くにはコンビニもあり立地もよかったです。また神戸に旅行する機会がありましたらぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

新幹線新神戸駅から徒歩､三ノ宮や元町も徒歩で行ける。近くの『子供の本の森』は素晴らしい‼️
部屋が広くバスタブも大きい。

Great place between the ocean and the mountains, walkable from the JR line and the Shinkansen. The only small negative is that the bathtub is very slippery and a bit scary for older people. Some anti skids would be welcome in the tub.

朝食はとても良かった。

部屋が広く清潔。
トイレが古い。

何よりもサービスは良いし、朝食が抜群に美味しい。神戸に来たらここ以外泊まりたくない。

仕事で利用しましたが、偶然にも10年ほど前に家族旅行で利用したホテルでした。懐かしく嬉しかつたです。ジャムとビュッフェが美味しくて有名なホテルですが、ジャムの販売が無くなっていてそれだけが残念でした。

朝食目当てで行きました。パテアンクルートもおいしく、素晴らしいお料理だと思うのですが、
私にはちょっとあいませんでした。
とても可愛らしいデザートも私の好みではなかったです。
人それぞれこのみがあるので今回私には合わなかったです。
先日泊まったリッツカールトンの朝食がとても好みでした。

コロナの影響で朝食がバイキング形式で無かったのですが、コース形式での提供で素晴らしい朝食を経験できました。

Room was extremely small and service was poor for the price. On the day of the check in, Expedia offered the same room for ¥3,000 less.

It was our first visit to Kobe and we checked in at Hotel Piena on a rainy day. The front desk immediately gave us a towel to dry off. We got to our room where we stayed in a light mint green room. The hotel didn't feel old per se but more vintage with the decor and furniture and we loved it. They offered a smart phone that we could take around. It was loaded with maps and suggestions. One thing I loved was that you could say that you didn't want your room cleaned for the day and then you would receive 1000 yen to use at the cafe! I bought some jam! Last thing, and the reason why I booked this hotel, WAS FOR THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. It was everything I wanted and more. WE ate at the buffet twice. If I return to Kobe, I will be coming back here again..and again..

Unlike some or the more modern Japanese hotels this place offers a little more space in both the bedroom and bathroom. It feels a little dated but it's quaint and in good condition.
Friendly helpful staff too.

Everything was good, from hotel front desk, hotel room conditions to morning breakfast were awesome. Definitely will stay again if revisit Kobe!

The hotel staff were exceptional. They stored our luggage since we arrived too early and took it to our room for us (laid out very neatly) while we were out. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

Like: Room has sufficient space, clean, walking distance to shopping areas, breakfast was awesome.

Dislike: Getting extra bottled water for my wife and myself, I had to pay for it. We had finished the 2 complimentary bottled water the day before and asked for 2 more bottled water the following day and was charged for it. Also, the air conditioner for the room didn't work well. It was hot and stuffy. Informed the hotel staff and was only provided with a small Dyson fan.

Excellent location, convenient for bars & restaurants in town, and only 10 min walk to station. Incredible service - very polite, friendly, helpful staff. Furnishing style is a bit dated, and room compact (step up to bathroom & shower may be tricky if you're very tall), but clean, comfy, functional and powerful shower. Particularly brilliant is the free "handy" mobile for guests providing unlimited international calls (to certain locations including UK) and free wifi when in town.

地点到三宫站和新神户站都方便，早餐里的牛肉味增汤和甜点都超级赞，周末人多吃早餐要排队。房间小小的但是很干净，服务人员超好的，离店之后发现项链忘在房间里，服务人员找到以后给我寄到了下一站的酒店里。
