I think the best part it’s the people that work there , everyone so helpful and friendly, just for that I would stay there
Little bit outdated it , had to climbed steep stairs with a suit case but personal helped right away and the price for night I think it’s too high

Welcoming staff. Breakfast delivered to the room.
The area was good enough, it's close to many restaurants and there was a good supermarket nearby.
The room was in a quite good condition and clean enough, although the shower could get some renovation.
The bed was comfortable.
Service was good, they provided a bottle of water regularly and also they called me when my taxi had arrived.
The worst thing was how aggressively they tried to sell me the services of some partner tourist agency - they took me to a different place during the checkin and some rude sales managers were trying to sell me the tours. It took 2 hours for me to get to my room after I had got to the hotel. This was definitely not what I expected after a whole night flight.
Wifi was poor sometimes, although they had 3-4 different networks.
Not good sound isolation and the AC system was quite noisy.
Also a safe in my room was broken (but they were trying to fix it).

No lift
Hotel Bright is located on the second floor of a building. However, there is only a staircase. Even if the personnel help with the carrying of the baggage it is a challenge for the disabled and the elderly.
No windows
Our room had no windows. Beside the entry door there was another door in the room, but which supposedly opened on to the terrace of another house. Therefore, the door was kept locked from outside. If there is a fire at the entry door the guests in the room would find themselves in a deadly trap.
No breakfast room
There is no breakfast room. Breakfast must be ordered the evening before, and it is then served the next day in the rooms. This can mean some delay before all the guests are served. Moreover, there is a very limited choice of food possibilities and of course, no option for second helpings.
Undependable
According to the offer of the hotel we wanted to be picked up from the airport. However, there was no driver to meet us at the airport. We had to hire a taxi, which was fortunately cheaper than the hotel offer.
Child labour
There was a young boy, not older than 12 years of age, working in the night shift. This is outrageous, even so because he worked at night.
Although the staff were very friendly and helpful this hotel should be struck from the Booking.com portfolio. I would discourage anyone intending to book a room in Hotel Bright.

the entrance to the hotel was not good at all and it looked like some tacky place so we had to go up to take a look at the room to be sure that we wanted to stay there and it was acceptable.
There is no elevator which is a deterrent to people who cannot climb up the stairs

The entrance to the hotel on the second floor is messy and gives a poor and misleading impression of the hotel itself.
The room is very comfortable. Recommended for travellers. Staff are very accommodating and approachable.
Mr Anil, the tour operator, gives very good price to tour you around India and Agra. Recommended.
My driver, Bunty, is nice also. Can speak in english and drives safely. Recommended.
