Fantastic staff, rooms, breakfast and location for the cost. Hard to beat!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was great. It is a budget hotel so you should manage your expectations however the rooms were kept really clean and refreshed every day. The staff, all of them, were simply wonderful. Breakfast was excellent considering the cost of the property. The pool looks great, but was just finishing a refurb so didnt have the chance to have a swim. Location is perfect if you need to be on this side of the city. Plenty of pubs and restaurants around, short walk to the skytrain which opens up the rest of the city well. If you are here to see the Palace and the river area then this is not the right location. I cannot say enough about this property, at the price point you would struggle to find better, just manage your expectations to be aligned with budget and you will love it. Thank you so much to the GM and their team, wonderful people and I look forward to my next stay.

Cons:

The pool was closed for a refurb which is no one's fault and it looks great, but I would have loved to have had a swim! Otherwise everything about the hotel was great. My Thai wife had room service one evening and said the food was excellent.

Not what we expected- no pool for a month which in humid hot Bangkok is always a pleasure!
Pros:

Clean and a nice breakfast with a complimentary coffee/tea or juice. Lovely staff who tried hard to appease under unfortunate circumstances.

Cons:

Pool was under maintenance and we weren’t told about it which didn’t go down too well. Could’ve used our free cancellation but the notification was only passed on when we arrived!

Also, the supposed upgrade was a downgrade with a bleak outlook and an awkward space that had an aircon which only cooled down the bedroom.
The aesthetic of the place seemed to be this big facade - clinical, big, spacious

Pros:

很可惜雄偉的游泳池不能使用..但是三溫暖設施完善很棒..只是希望關閉時間是否可延長8點太早...讓客人回飯店還有時間使用
早餐不錯.房間寬敞床鋪好睡.尤其是乾濕愈是很棒..下次會再來住

not impressed and not happy. would not recommend but if you do beware: the 46/1 is very important.
Pros:

Not a lot. First time I have ever said this.

Cons:

When we turned up there was a sign saying the pool was closed. Who wants to stay in a place in Thailand with no pool? They had plenty of time to notify me it would be closed.
One selling point for me was there claim for city views. from the room I was staying in. I got to look at the wall of the neighboring building. Oh, and into someone's lounge if the curtains were open.
We had a complimentary breakfast each morning. cool. but all the food was cold. cold eggs, cold sausages, cold everything. turn your food warmers up.

Buen alojamiento a buen precio
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. Está cerca en BTS (Bangkok Train Skyline) de zonas de centros comerciales y partes modernas de la ciudad. La habitación era grande y cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba super bien lo cual agradecíamos por el calor tan intenso de Abril. Tiene zonas de cafetería para desayunar tranquilamente cerca. El personal super amable, nos dejaron dejar las maletas grandes durante varios días (para poder viajar a otras ciudades con maletas pequeñas) antes de hacer el check in en nuestra fecha de reserva.

Cons:

En general el hotel parece muy moderno pero está algo descuidado en cuanto a mantenimiento de instalaciones. Aunque no está sucio ni mucho menos, no se ve tan impecable estéticamente como pintan las fotos. También está lejos de la zona del old town, donde están casi todos los templos de interés.
