Over rated .the so called pool looks like a fountain.
Cons:

The fact that neither the swimming pool nor the sauna were functional.no internment available to relax.

Pros:

BTS近くで便利。
駐車場も奥にありスペースも申し分ない。
フロントの対応はとても丁寧でした。
部屋サイズも良いです。

Cons:

良くなかったではなく、少し残念だった内容

バスタブがある部屋に宿泊したが熱いお湯が出なかった。
テレビで日本語放送が入るのは良いが、ノイズだらけで見にくかった。
最近増えているNetflixやAmazonprimeなどが無い為少し寂しく感じた。
部屋のベッド上の照明だけを消すスイッチが見つからなかった。（シャワールームまで照明が消えるスイッチならば有り）

お金を払えば快適な部屋に泊まれる
Pros:

スタッフが親切だった。雨に濡れないでマッサージに行けたのが良かった。上のクラスの部屋はとても快適だった。

Cons:

安い部屋ではあったが一般客と違うEVで廊下も狭くて、スタッフルームのような環境に驚いた。

La localisation tout près du metro
Le balcon, machine a laver, house keeping
Grande salle de bain
Personnel très accueillant
Serviette propre et literie propre
Personnel a la réception très gentille, très bonne communication

Cons:

Les meubles sont vieux et salle, tâches sur le sofa
Sofa très inconfortable
Meubles tv mal positionner, risque de se cogner avec la tv
Les meubles du kitchenette normalement blanc sont jaunies
Pas de fer a repasser dans la chambre
Malheureusement la piscine était en rénovation

スタッフにレストランの予約をお願いしたが、やってもらえなかった。ロケーションが悪かったので追加料金を支払って部屋を変えてもらったけれど、となりの家が見える、もっとひどい部屋になった。

Fantastic staff, rooms, breakfast and location for the cost. Hard to beat!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was great. It is a budget hotel so you should manage your expectations however the rooms were kept really clean and refreshed every day. The staff, all of them, were simply wonderful. Breakfast was excellent considering the cost of the property. The pool looks great, but was just finishing a refurb so didnt have the chance to have a swim. Location is perfect if you need to be on this side of the city. Plenty of pubs and restaurants around, short walk to the skytrain which opens up the rest of the city well. If you are here to see the Palace and the river area then this is not the right location. I cannot say enough about this property, at the price point you would struggle to find better, just manage your expectations to be aligned with budget and you will love it. Thank you so much to the GM and their team, wonderful people and I look forward to my next stay.

Cons:

The pool was closed for a refurb which is no one's fault and it looks great, but I would have loved to have had a swim! Otherwise everything about the hotel was great. My Thai wife had room service one evening and said the food was excellent.

Not what we expected- no pool for a month which in humid hot Bangkok is always a pleasure!
Pros:

Clean and a nice breakfast with a complimentary coffee/tea or juice. Lovely staff who tried hard to appease under unfortunate circumstances.

Cons:

Pool was under maintenance and we weren’t told about it which didn’t go down too well. Could’ve used our free cancellation but the notification was only passed on when we arrived!

Also, the supposed upgrade was a downgrade with a bleak outlook and an awkward space that had an aircon which only cooled down the bedroom.
The aesthetic of the place seemed to be this big facade - clinical, big, spacious
