I liked the parking, the exclusive area, the spaciousness of the rooms.

What I didn't like in one room the air conditioning was not working, one towel was still dirty, they didn't change it. The menu was very limited, and the service hours in the restaurant were very scarce. In the rooms there is a very annoying musty smell. Overall the hotel is nice, but they should take care of the facilities, as they look old and unmaintained

Everything was good, the people EXCELLENT, but the restaurant service is not full day. So we had breakfast only, but later... nothing, even a simple cup of coffee

The rooms are very poor and dirty and is smelling so bad and they’re just giving two towels and they don’t have enough sop their supply for personal hygiene. It is very poor and the bathroom is extremely dirty.

we have made a reservation at this hotel via email as their website is pretty basic and it actually never works properly (we have tried in different occasions) we spoke with someone called silvia which made the booking under the wrong location and charged js twice. however marsy managed to sort everything out even long distance at different times of the day. she is not in charge of direct bookings however she took my case at heart and managed to give us the best customer service ever. definitely we will book again trough her directly next time.

Nice and clean hotel ...room with lot of space ...ac work perfectly...the only cons that I found at the hotel I think is the pool and the wifi those should be improve
