價錢超正，服務一流，整體而言，四星級。

Good hotel for its price if you stay just one or two nights. Staff speaks English. Entry to the railway station is just 2 mins away. Internet is available but unstable.
Next time around I will use this hotel again

臨近—山水療會館和羅湖口岸，因为隔壁是生意不錯、頗受港客歡迎的按摩、spa會館，而且24小時營業，所以住在房内不時聽到人、車聲，敏感怕吵的人不建議入住
優點：AM7：15~PM11:00在羅湖地鐵站A2出口，對面交通大廈1F(往香港口岸方向〉—山水會館有免费接驳車，走路也才15分，附近小吃商場眾多，吃及血拼超方便，對於由此進出香港的旅客，晚上未趕上過海関可過夜
缺點：附近人流多且複雜，不易安静休息

I have never had such a bad experience via hotels.com as a loyal customer all these years. First, the hotel location was wrong on the map and it took us 45 mins to ask around and finally arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm. Upon check-in, the staff didn’t receive any booking from hotels.com and the didn’t seem to be able to handle the situation. I requested to first get us a guest room as stated in my phone confirmation, he didn’t even know what “queen bed” means and it was after changing rooms twice we got our booked room type! Worse still, when we were waiting for the whole process to complete, we had to put up with the lobby smell that stank like vomit! Oh yeah and there’s no fridge in the guest rooms u less requested otherwise. I don’t know why hotels.com is representing this messy and unprofessional hotel. I have stayed in hostels or even USD8 per night camp before, so I am not a demanding person at all when it comes to accommodation, but this is unacceptable to a point that I will consider options other than hotels.com

OK friendly staff and convenience surrounding hotel

整體大致滿意！最特別大堂擺放一個大雀籠、還有一對活雀在叫！

Only issue was English language barrier. Other than that all was good. Hope they have more Vegetarian food in their Breakfast

部屋の場所によって非常に悪い部屋があり、最上階のクーリングタワー下、窓なしはお勧めできません。冷蔵庫ありのはずが、なく、振動音で寝ずらい。また布団が湿気を帯びており、不快であった。

They could not find hotels.com booking! Reception desk mentioned that sometimes booking does not appear on their end, I had to wait half a day and came back to receive my room. Room i booked for was sold out so they had to give me another room with 2 single beds instead of one queen sized. Hence me and my wife had to sleep separately. Otherwise location is pretty good.

離羅湖口岸距離還算方便。

下次都會選擇入住

鄰近羅湖火車站和地鐵站，價錢便宜又合理，房間整齊清潔，早餐不過不失。雖然就在馬路旁，但亦不覺得嘈雜。

可步行十五分鐘到達
價錢實惠環境又夠乾淨。
只是房間燈光可以再光一點更好

上司と部下の深圳出張のため２人２部屋で予約したが、チェックイン時の女性受付係の案内は２人１部屋であった。そのため、予約成立時に印刷した紙を使って抗議したが、その受付係は２ベッドあると主張するばかりで取りつく島はなく、むしろそんなこともわからないのかと馬鹿にする有様で、10分以上平行線をたどった。別の中国人客のとりなしもあって、ようやく２部屋の手続きを開始したが、受付係は中国人客にむかって中国語で「こいつらは中国語も英語もわからない」と悪口を言いながらいやいや手続きを行うなど、あまりにひどい対応だった。
その他は、朝食があまり美味しくないとかあったが、安いからであって、仕方ないものであった。
なお、セーフティボックスがなかったのは、事前確認不足だった。

The room temperature is too high

No one speaks ANY English. Nice hotel though. Room was modern and comfortable.

明明是禁煙…卻有人在走廊抽…令喉嚨不適…

房間整潔，check in/ out 快捷，質量與價格相符。

The room was comfortable to stay in and had to ask for a refrigerator.
