This property and the staff is so humble and relaxing after my stay is a few different hotels in Japan this has been the very best stays so far in my life from the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was amazing and the breakfast the best I ever had
飯店氛圍真的超級棒的! 員工的親切程度也是滿分! 房間也非常舒適(床墊枕頭棉被都很棒)~ 早餐是buffet+現點現做，buffet部分還好但現點現做的魚雞料理和pizza超級好吃!!! 大廳有提供休息區還有飲料可以享用。
離地鐵都太遠了，另外以價格來說(一晚14000多)我會認為只住一次就夠了，但如果有刷到更低價格會再造訪!
The hotel itself is beautiful with the most spacious and well-designed rooms. The staff are welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast is sensational. I look forward to staying again when I next visit Kyoto.
The location was great for us, first time travelers to Japan. It was close to the things we wanted to see but not in the throws of the major tourist destinations. it felt safe and the room was beautiful. We enjoyed the cedar bathtub! We loved this hotel. We did not get breakfast there but they had a generous and gracious bar and snack area. We stayed in the annex in a tatami room, which was large and beautiful
The only negative thing I would say was that the room was not exactly efficient or logical for a western traveler but that was part of the experience. If you want a total western experience, stay home! We loved this hotel. The beauty of the room made up any negatives.
The design and architecture are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and the wooden bathtub is beautiful. The lobby area is also very stylish and has a nice calm feel.
It is in a very noisy and big road, so I heard traffic all night and didn’t sleep well. The air in the room was very sticky and dry, so I had to open the window at 5am to get fresh air in.
It would be nice to offer tea in the lobby, not just coffee and wine, and maybe small snacks like croissants in the am for those who don’t include breakfast. (Most hotels offer this)
A nice addition would also be some bath salts, like offered in other hotels.
Luckily I only stayed 1 night for a great last minute deal (that was still in the higher range for a solo traveler), if I would have paid full price I would have been very disappointed.
Location was great, a short walk from Kyoto Station. The service was fantastic at check-in, the staff here are so lovely. The room was beautiful, very comfortable for our family of 4. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of options. Free drinks in the hotel lobby was such a great bonus. I’m already thinking about returning to Kyoto to stay in this hotel again.

The design is great. The staff is very kind and there are loads of drinks and snacks available. The bathroom is interesting but beautiful. We liked it.
The room was not cleaned when we arrived. There were cut nails on the floor what we did not find acceptable but upon making the complaint, they immediatly sent somebody to clean the room.
The room was spacious and clean, staff were really friendly too.
Prachtig hotel en heel lief personeel. Ontbijt ook heerlijk! Hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Metro om te hoek.
