電車にもバスにもアクセスしやすいホテル
Pros:

新しくないが、広くて清潔だった。ほしい設備はそろっていたし、無駄なものもなかった。机の広さも仕事ができる大きさ、部屋の照明も明るい。分別ごみ箱あり。

Cons:

タオルを干せるくらいのロープがあるとよかった。ベッドサイドのランプのスイッチが、結局ベッドから降りないと届かないような場所にあった（コンセント口の仕様上仕方ないとは思うが・・）

また宿泊したいです。
Pros:

喫煙者ですので喫煙できるホテルが少なくて、とても助かりました。古めのホテルですが匂い等なくて清潔感ありました。スタッフの方々の対応がとても親切で気持ちよかったです。天神にも歩いて行けるし、地下鉄赤坂駅から徒歩5分でとても便利です。

Cons:

空調が全く聞かず、調整もできませんでした。寒かったです。

総合的には満足な宿泊でした
Pros:

駅からも近く、部屋が広かったです。
チェックイン時刻よりかなり早くついてしまったのですが、少し疲れて体調がよくなかったこともあり、早めにお部屋に通していただきとても助かりました。
設備は古いがベッドが広く、寝具に嫌な臭いもなく、きれいに清掃もされていて、清潔感を感じました。
シャワーの調整が微妙に難しく、ほんとうに少しずつ蛇口をひねるのですが、水圧もしっかりありよかったです。
スタッフの方も親切でした。
リゾートでホテルライフを満喫滞在するわけでもないので、寝るためのお部屋として快適でしたし、価格もお安く泊まれて全体的にありがたく、よかったと思います。

Cons:

エアコンの調整があまりできなかった。普通の家用エアコンがついていて、風向きや風量をどんなに調整しても同じところばかり温まり部屋自体のあたため調整が難しかったです。
あとかなり嫌だった点が喫煙場所です。
メインエントランスの前で、決して広いとも換気が良いとも言い難い場所が喫煙場所とは。
絶対にそこを通らないと外へ行けないのに、とても嫌でした。
喫煙場所は臭いの漏れない囲われた場所で、奥まっているとか、離れているとかの場所でないと困ります。
もくもくと煙の立ち込める中を通り抜けて髪や服に臭いが付き、空気を吸うことに。
それがとても嫌でした。
