Four points sheraton is my second home in vizag, team at Sheraton especially Sai Lakshmi and her team helped my stay very comfortable, due to my international flight connection to vizag, I arrived early 9.30 am and team was ready with my room with early check-in , as usual provided upgraded suite room, thank you Sai Lakshmi, for takking care of it, when I sent message through Bonvoy APP they responded in timely manner, thanks to Anil also, break fast was great, location wise very convenient and ample parking.. I highly recommend this place.. keep up good work and thank you

It was a great experience staying at four points. The services from staff is exceptional specially from Sagarika, Nayak, Madhav, Sravan. We will definitely come back to this place when i am back in Vizag.
Our stay was comfortable, services were prompt and efficient. The room was well equipped and spacious. The complementary breakfast had wide variety and authentic taste. The staff was helping and warmly welcomed us.
The service, room and overall experience was fantastic. Ms. Sai Lakshmi and her team made it a memorable and comfortable stay for me. I will return here when I come to Vishakapatanam again.
