Good spacious room, nicely done with all the required amenities.
Good location, nice services. Amenities like Gym, Swimming Pool were good.
Breakfast could have been a little more better :)

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam. The cleanliness was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available whenever needed.
I would especially like to thank and appreciate Mohan, Kalyan, and Sai Lakshmi for their exceptional service and hospitality during my stay. They truly made our experience comfortable and memorable.

I had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam during my vacation with friends. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to many places around the city, which made our trip very convenient and enjoyable. What truly made the experience special was the incredible hospitality from the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Sai Lakshmi and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable with their kindness and excellent service. The ambiance, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I left extremely satisfied. I will definitely return again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Visakhapatnam.

I really enjoyed the stay at four points, Chef Hamid prepared Royyala Veppudu which was very tasty and delicious.

The hotel is well-located in the city, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The property itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for both relaxing and getting work done.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The entire team was warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay.

A special thank you to Sanjana Sailakshmi, who was incredibly helpful both before and after my stay, especially with the booking arrangements. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s always reassuring to have someone reliable assisting you, and she truly went above and beyond.

Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and overall, the hotel provided a very comfortable and productive environment during my time in Visakhapatnam.
