It was a very nice and wonderful stay.We had fun on our 2 nights stay. The Staffs were so friendly specially Ms. Shrey was so kind to us. It was very clean. The food was awesome, buffet breakfast was delicious.

Booked this hotel based on location. Close to many shops and restaurants but still quiet as it is set back from a busy street. Rooms are large and pool is clean. Staff are friendly and responsive. The few missteps (no towels left after making room and refill of bath products), were quickly addressed.

Four points sheraton is my second home in vizag, team at Sheraton especially Sai Lakshmi and her team helped my stay very comfortable, due to my international flight connection to vizag, I arrived early 9.30 am and team was ready with my room with early check-in , as usual provided upgraded suite room, thank you Sai Lakshmi, for takking care of it, when I sent message through Bonvoy APP they responded in timely manner, thanks to Anil also, break fast was great, location wise very convenient and ample parking.. I highly recommend this place.. keep up good work and thank you
