Pros:

We booked a two bedroom appartement, they gave us a family suite with free of charge. The rooms were very clean. The stuff war great and friendly. Location is top. Very good breakfast. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Good luxurious stay
Pros:

Very spacious and clean rooms. Bathroom and room were well-equipped with necessities. Tasty food delivered by room service. Receptionist was helpful with prints. Ample space for car parking. Prime location.

Un très bel appartement idéal pour les familles. A proximité de plein de restaurants pour diner le soir. La piscine avec vue sur la mer est très agréable et le petit déjeuner était bien.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel ! Bad service and missing cleanliness !

We booked and paid for 2 connecting rooms weeks ago. When we arrived they told us that they were not available. Their solution was 2 rooms on different levels (with our 2 littke kids). After waiting another half an hour at night they told us, they have found 2 connectings rooms that turned out to be 2 smoking rooms. We decided to take the 1 available non-smoking room and get an additional bed. Certainly I expected to get the money back for the other room that we didn´t get, but the boss refused to give us a refund. Unbelivable bad service and dirty rooms (dirty floor, dirty bed sheets, dirty bathroom). I also heard a lot other guests complaining at the desk, so does definitely not deserve the 4 stars!

Everything was perfect during our stay at City Seasons Hotel Muscat. The breakfasts were generous and varied, with plenty of options for all tastes. The staff was always friendly and helpful, assisting us with various arrangements throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.
The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was more than adequate—everything was clean and well maintained. The car entrance from the street to parking (P2) is very convenient; once you park there, you simply go up two flights of stairs and can then take the elevator to the different hotel floors.
The building also houses a very convenient and practical supermarket, perfect for those small purchases that are always needed when traveling. It is highly recommended for a stay in Muscat. They offer all kinds of services and facilities that make the experience even more enjoyable.

Bella la lobby, gentilissimo lo staff della reception che ha trovato prontamente la soluzione a un nostro problema, e colazione con grande varietà di salato. Buona la frutta tagliata fresca ogni giorno.
Bella la vista dal sesto piano dove si trova la piscina.

Cons:

La struttura è datata e noi avevamo delle camere non ristrutturate, in cui sentivamo diversi rumori (camion sulla strada e vicini rumorosi).
Anche la zona piscina avrebbe bisogno di un restyling, in particolare alcune sdraio.
