Everything was wonderful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The hotel location was excellent and convenient, making it easy for us to enjoy our trip. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options.
What made our stay truly unforgettable was the warm hospitality of the hotel team. We mentioned that we were visiting for our honeymoon, and when we returned to our room one evening, we found a lovely surprise cake waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture, and we will never forget it.

A rapid checkin, excellent location, now I knew there is a space for my car down the hotel 😅😅
Clean spacious rooms ( A little bit old furniture in the 2nd floor this time compared to new one in the higher floors 😅😅 last time but it's 👍
Delicious breakfast and wide variety as usual
A lot of noise outside the rooms may be because there was a football team in the same floor 😅😅

The Staff: Some staff at the reception's should be trained to be more friendly and welcoming. Some are so cold and do not even look at the customers!
Big comfortable room. The staff was helpful.
No daily cleaning. They cleaned only on some specific days. Breakfast was of average quality ingredients and could be better. No windows.
What I liked the most was the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail in housekeeping. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made a big difference during my stay.
In addition, the facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, saving time and effort.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying at City Seasons Hotel again in the future.
Ligging en zwembad
Hygiëne was ver te zoeken. Badkamer was slecht en water liep niet goed door in het bad. Daarnaast was het niet fijn om te douche staand in het bad.

موقع الفندق ممتاز وسط المدينة وتحيط به المطاعم والمقاهي والمراكز التجارية ..اكثر ما اعجبني هو الموظفون بشكل عام وحوض السباحة فوق السطح ..والافطار جميل ومتنوع.
لم يعجبني وجود بعض الأعطال البسيطة في دورة المياة بالإضافة لقدم فراش أرضية الغرفة
