We had a wonderful stay at City Seasons Hotel Muscat in Al Khuwair. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The reception staff were extremely cooperative, responsive, and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great choice for families.
The family room was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family, and even the twin bedroom was great. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. 🍽️
One of the things we really appreciated was the convenient location. Many facilities and services are close by, including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and other essential amenities, making everything easily accessible.
We also enjoyed having a Lebanese restaurant inside the hotel, serving delicious and authentic Lebanese dishes. The food was excellent and added another wonderful dining option to our stay. 🇱🇧❤️
A special thank you to Amira, the lovely waitress at Al Rousha Lebanese Restaurant, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, attentive, and professional. Her warm and welcoming attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. 🌷

عند طلب بطانية للمرافق او سرير استغلال بدفع 10ريال السرير ليوم واحد وعند طلبي بنوم تحت فلغرفة بطلب بطانية مثل سرير قالو هذا قانون فندق مع جلب لي شرشف بسيط مع اني اذهب الي اي فندق موجود بطانيات للطلب زبون
ملاحظه طلب بوكينج كامل ثلاث اشخاص مع كرافي

ارسلت ايميل بعد حجزي لغرفتين من فرنسا اوضح فيه حول امكانية تسجيل الدخول مبكرا بساعات حيث وصولي يكون الساعه الثامنه تقريبا الا اني تفاجأت بعدم الرد علي واستغلالي بدفع قؤمة اضافيه تصل الى ٣٠ ريال عماني بالضافه الى قيمة الغرفة التى دفعتها مسبقا بقيمة ٦٤ ريال عماني عوضا عن الاستثناء في مثل همذا ظروف خصوصا اننا قاظمون من الخارج او على الاقل اخذ مبلغ رمزي

The hotel infrastructure itself is good. The neighborhood has restaurants nearby and supermarkets. The breakfast is also good and the area it is served is really big.
They even refused to give me a fork. One night, I had some leftovers from a tour and asked if I could have a fork and knife. They told me, "We can't give you any utensils unless you buy something from the restaurant. You can buy a bottle of water if you want them." I found that unnecessarily unfriendly and disappointing, especially considering this is far from the cheapest hotel in the area.
