Reception is not comfortable. She asked to us that detail of the price which was written in the expedia contract already. She said that room price is too low and more about the breakfast etc.....

Väldigt ljudligt område, nära stationen, ok frukost. Duschar fungerade, väldigt oskön och hård säng. Gammalt. Men för det billiga priset (400 kr 2 pers) ok.

Totally fine for one night in Palermo since it's very central. But the hotel stay was not the best since the room was really old and didn't have a homey touch. A + for good air condition

Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt auch der Flughafen bus hält dort.Das Hotel liegt am 4.Stock.die Zimmer sind eher klein und die zur Hauptstraße laut.Wlan eher schwach. Frühstück wird aufs Zimmet zur gewünschten Zeit aufs Zimmer serviert. Für den Preis in Ordnung.

天井が高く、バルコニー付きの部屋で、クラッシックな雰囲気を味わうにはいい。WIFIも問題なく、液晶テレビも設置されている。
窓をきっちり閉めても、大通りに面しているので、多少うるさいが、駅まで歩いて5分と移動には便利。。

Lovely old rooms, bit run down,close to Palermo Centrale station, very friendly staff.Breakfast brought to the room, generous quantities of food including hot toasted cheese sandwiches!

Central location, and breakfast in the room, but instead in our en suite, we didn`t had toilet and shower, and that was a disappointed, as these facilities were at the end of corridor.

I had a very nice time in Palermo.

Center of Palermo, clean friendly staff

For a single woman traveling alone in Palermo for the first time I felt safe at this hotel. For the budget I had Hotel Italia delivered.

The hotel is on the fourth floor so the small lift is esential. The groundloor access is dingy and rather intimidating at night. A good location close to main sites and on the Via Roma. The disadvantages of this are the traffic noise and difficulties of parking. Spacious and well presented room with two balconies overlooking the city, but dreadfully noisy. When I asked for a quieter room I was told this was impossible and I should go to a pharmacy to buy ear plugs. The staff insisted on keeping a lobby window adjoining our room open all nigt which only added to the general din.
We were told to park in the side street next to the hotel. We did so and the car radio was stolen overnight.
Breakfast was a roll and coffee served in the room with little grace. So out of character for bed and breakfast places we stayed in Sicily.

The hotel is pretty bare-bones and our room had not been updated in awhile. However, it was a great location for catching a train in the morning. I wouldn't recommend staying here long term. Having breakfast delivered the room and the large shower with good water pressure were nice. However, our room was near apartments and smoke drifted in our open window. It was also a bit loud from people talking in adjacent buildings or outside, but not too loud that we couldn't sleep.

The Italia is situated only 5 minutes walk from where the airport bus drops you in Palermo so is an ideal location. The neighbourhood also is very pleasant with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is quite small and quirky but its clean and quiet and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast in bed was a bonus! Recommended.

small room with really old bed, after 30h of traveling this day I wanted to go to sleep and relax, but it was impossible in this hotel. noise from the street, uncomfortable bed, couldn't sleep whole night. the person at the reception desk didn't care about guests in rooms, because was noisy as well! :/,
poor breakfast. next day when I asked if I can change a room, staff member couldn't speak or even understand English at all!!!

Basic hotel, but clean and with very low rates and a good location convenient for both the train station and centre. Free wifi. (Non-inspiring) breakfast served in room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

i found the main reception work pleasant helpful but found the female worker unhelpful when i wanted to show my friends my room she told them they couldnt showed them the room that was for show. the food was okay but more you find at medium rate b and b not a hotel. wifi worked but had to be told the code they gave me only worked in the seating area not the one in the rooms. the room was okay clean and sleepable. the windows wouldnt close as the original shutters wernt repaired coorectly, the bed made to much noise and the room was small. i chose the room because of the location as it close to my friends there are far nicer and cheaper hotels around palermo so look in if worse come to worse the location is good the rooms are clean and they have wifi if thats all you want.
