Nothing
Elegant, tasteful decor & a calm, efficient and friendly ambiance-in a wonderful location in this stunning city. Our second stay here for son’s graduation -our stunning room was ready early as requested which was hugely appreciated
Nothing
Large well equipped rooms, friendly staff who went out of their way to assist, lovely decor
Nothing
The Queensberry Hotel is an absolutely classy hotel. Our room (superior double) had a high ceiling and was very spacious. Both the room and bathroom were super clean. From the hotel, one can reach the major attractions of the city in a few minutes’ walk.
Noises from inside the hotel (other rooms) were audible at times, but luckily the other guests were of the quiet type. Public parking around the hotel is very limited (both in number and in how long one can stay), so one has to resort to the valet parking service of the hotel, which comes at an extra cost.
Character and most staff
No coffee or fridge in rooms
Staff were exceptional. Very comfortable room. Air conditioning during heat wave was a plus. Highly recommend.
Super Lage, komfortabler Check In mit Parkservice, wunderschönes großzügiges Zimmer mit eigenem Flur und Badezimmer, grandioses Restaurant
Nichts, alles war toll!
The staff were fantastic and always there to help

Good location. Comfortable room.
Valet parking @ £30 per day + £4 per additional hour meant that we paid £80 to park for 2 days. simply too expensive.
There was tea, coffee and water available in the ground floor lounge and on one of the landings. I would have preferred tea and coffee in the room rather than having to go downstairs to get it.
Breakfast was good quality, but choices could be limiting. I would have preferred a buffet of cereals, juices, fruit and cold items (ham, cheese, etc) + the possibility of ordering hot food.
Lovely period property, well maintained and nicely furnished.
Nothing to not like.
Stayed two nights in this charming hotel. My room was lovely - spacious, tall windows, big and comfortable bathroom - and spotless. The common rooms are bright and beautifully decorated. The courtyard is filled with plants and ample seating. The hotel is ideally situated, close to everything. All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. This is a restful and comfortable hotel with an historic feel. A memorable stay for me. I definitely recommend it.
Alles! Locatie, personeel en kamers. Geweldig bed, goede douche, leuke lounge en bar, heerlijk ontbijt en geweldige service van al het personeel. Was echt fantastisch!
Helemaal niks
The food, the welcome and the architecture
Nothing to speak of…the staff have a charming eccentricity that some might find annoying if they want standardised dull efficiency.
