I stayed in this hotel in Bath and had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much bother. The room and the facilities were excellent. The staff are an asset to the hotel, Olí, the general manager and Hannah, who did the turndown service. It felt like a home from home and true hospitality is shown by all. Thank you for a lovely stay and I hope to return the next time I’m in Bath!
The hotel is located on a quiet block walking distance from the Circus and 10-15 minutes from most of the highlights of Bath. The room we had was large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The Hop on Hop off stop is 2 minutes away. And 2 minutes away from Saville Row that quickly became a favorite.
The hotel is boutique. Almost B&B style. Hence some amenities are missing in the room. No coffee machine [but downstairs at all times], no safe, no conditioner. Also, one needs to book breakfast in advance. Also, walls are kinda of thin. We could hear the neighbor snoring all night. 😄

Last minute decision to have a few days in Bath. Purely by chance, decided to stay at the Queensberry Hotel. What a Gem! Everything was perfect. 5' away from the main attractions, Car parked for us. Amazing staff, lovely large room with ensuite, Spotlessly clean, very quiet despite the location, excellent breakfast, beautifully cooked and presented. Nothing was too much trouble - including recommendations for good restaurants and bars. I would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful hotel.

No coffee maker in the room, or safe, lots of stairs. Not suitable for anyone that cannot do stairs.

Staff and great. Breakfast is nice - portions are small but can ask for extra toast coffee and juice which is complimentary - albeit not clear at time. Great big bed - and big room and nice bath / double shower combo too.
It’s expensive for what you get - but that might be true of Bath generally. We stayed in the biggest room (four poster suite). This was at street level, meaning you don’t get a view and hear quite a bit from the street at night on weekends - it is also quite dark - and surprisingly doesn’t come with a desk or fridge. For a premium price point, too much was lacking: turndown service was modest with no treats provided, one of the shower taps was locked/broken at a hot temp - and the wardrobe LED lights don’t deactivate properly - meaning a face mask is necessary at night for a black-out sleep environment.

Everything was perfect! Breakfast cooked to perfection, clean. rooms and bathrooms, polite staff that are friendly and helpful. Relaxing environment and a really good range of drinks including cocktails.

From the moment my partner and I walked through the door we were greeted with politeness professionalism , and warmth. The staff couldn’t do enough. Our luggage was taken up to the room. The room was spacious, quiet, with a lovely view over bath. When walking int the room, the sound of classics music playing was a nice touch. The barroom was roomy with a big shower and I loved the decor and wallpaper. The outside courtyard was private and very pleasant. We would 100% stay again.
