Great location!
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed. Great location and an easy walk to all the sights.

Cons:

Hotel and restaurant are beautiful, but carpet in the lounge area is showing wear with many visible stains.

Excellent hotel, the whole family loved our stay and we will be back.
Pros:

Excellent quality of staff and attention. We stayed in the junior suite which was an excellent room and the family loved it. The breakfast was superb and the overall quality of the food and drink was great.

Cons:

Very little to say from a negative perspective.

Such a beautiful hotel with lots of character! The staff were lovely, rooms are comfortable and the location is great for being close to the city centre without lots of noise. Would absolutely stay again.

Güzel atmosfer
Pros:

Merkezi yerde ve imkanları oldukça iyiydi. Odalar oldukça geniş ve konforluydu. Girişte kahve ve çay ikramları ve bunun sürekli olması güzeldi. Otel içinde Michelin yıldızlı bir restorantı mevcuttu.

Cons:

Odanın içi oldukça serindi ve ısınma merkezi sistem olup saat 18.00 de devreye giriyordu. Bunun için odaya ekstra ısıtıcı gönderdiler. Kahvaltı seçenekleri sınırlıydı.

Nöjd då rekreation var syftet i en lugn och trivsam miljö.
Pros:

Vi hade en avkopplande och skön vistelse, fint och rymligt rum, bekväma sängar, sov så gott! Vacker miljö.

Cons:

Frukosten var en stor besvikelse. Mycket dyr, små portioner, smaklöst kaffe( gick till kaffemaskinen på hotellet och gjorde en egen kaffekopp). Hade önskat kvalitetsbröd, endast toast serverades. Mycket litet ingick, allt utöver det du redan betalat för kostade extra. Ett förbättringsområde!

Friendly, helpful staff . Luxurious bedroom and public areas. Car parking service reliable and professional. Hotel is perfectly placed to explore Bath.

Cons:

Although hot drinks were available in a couple of areas, would have preferred to have facilities in the room.

Beautiful hotel and attentive staff.

Cons:

In my room (14) it was very difficult to use the hair dryer in front of a mirror, due to the distance of the plug socket from the mirror and the short flex on the hairdryer. Also, I would prefer to be able to make a hot drink in my room. I felt I couldn't get a drink in a morning until I was up and dressed. I missed my morning coffee in bed.

A lovely hotel a few minutes away from the Royal Crescent and the Circus

Charmantes Boutique-Hotel
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, toll dekoriert, und mit bequemen Betten. Im Erdgeschoss gab es in einer gemütlichen Lounge Tee und Kaffee zur freien Verfügung.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hat man limitierter Auswahl à la carte bestellt, es gab kein Buffet, und man musste warten.

Would definitely recommend, but take a travel kettle!

The staff, rooms and food are exceptional

Cons:

The only, and I do mean only, comnent is that the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was very perterbing. I drink tea late at night and early in the morning and do not feel comfortable venturing out in my pyjamas at god knows what time to make a cuppa at the hot drink station on our landing - it doesn't fit with the calibre of the hotel at all.

Best hotel stay
Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay and the staff couldn't do enough for you. They all went above and beyond.
The food was brilliant too, well presented and tastes delicious
