Georgian Opulence and Modern Comfort
Pros:

We stayed for three nights in early February. The hotel is a little way out of the city centre, uphill, but not as far as The Royal Crescent. We walked in the rain from the station with our luggage, taking no more than fifteen minutes.

Our room was lovely. It was spacious, recently refurbished, beautifully decorated and furnished and with a view to the front. It was difficult to criticise; the TV was perhaps on the small side but at least streaming was available (remember your passwords). The bed linen and pillows were of very high quality. Room-servicing was discreet and meticulous. Curiously there were no tea & coffee making facilities in the room and other reviews have mentioned this. But free machines were provided on a landing and in the lounge downstairs so my wife shuffled to the upstairs machine for her early-morning tea.

The bathroom was freshly refitted and decorated and was absolutely spotless. There was ample, fast-flowing hot water. There was no separate shower but there was a decent shower over the bath with a proper glass enclosure. There were ‘his and her’ sinks.

There is a pleasant and comfortable lounge downstairs which we used well. It had a coal-effect gas fire which added to the cosy atmosphere and free tea and coffee facilities were provided.

There is free Wi-Fi but we struggled with it on each of our four devices. It was certainly less than completely reliable for browsing in a real-world usage setting although email and social media seemed more secure. Unfortunately there was almost no EE 5G coverage so throughout our stay getting a stable, reliable connection was a bit of a trial. If here on business, this could be of some inconvenience, but other mobile networks may work better than ours.

There is an attractive and apparently well-stocked bar but we don’t drink so didn’t use it. It didn’t seem very busy, but we were here in early February. The restaurant is small and in the basement. Breakfast is served there and a full and high-quality menu is offered. We were confused by our ‘package’ which, very unusually, allowed a fixed sum against breakfast but in practice it seemed that breakfast was included in the usual manner. The restaurant, The Olive Tree, offers high-end gastronomy at a price to match but this was of no interest to us so I offer no comment. Restaurants to suit every taste and pocket are abundant in the city, within easy walking distance.

We enjoyed a relaxing three nights at The Queensberry and would recommend it to couples seeking the same.

Pros:

Perfect
Pros:

What an amazing experience from the moment we booked our stay. The staff were simply fabulous, the hotel was exactly as we hoped.
It was a special trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th Birthday- and the team really did make us both feel very special. It’s a few days that we will never forget!
The bed was so comfortable, the towels were so soft and the room was spotlessly clean.

The hotel was located perfectly for us, 5 min walk down to the top of the shops, 10 mins back up.

Thank you so much- our stay with you was Perfect!

Really hope we get chance to return

Outstanding in every way - room, food, service and the whole experience.
Pros:

Outstanding - felt more like a week's holiday than a one night stay! We live in Bath and were thinking of taking a short break somewhere then walked past the Queensberry on our way into town; we knew hotel well from previous stays and friends' reports so decided to book a one night stay with dinner in the Olive Tree restaurant. January meant a lovely room with a big bath and separate shower at a budget hotel price. The " Seven" tasting menu was fabulous - imaginative, well paced and beautiful - above all delicious. From arrival to departure all staff were charming and very efficient.

Looking to save up for a repeat visit!
Pros:

It was so beautiful, I loved my corner room with the beautiful wall paper. The shower was incredible with lovely products in. The bed was super comfortable and it felt really homely- details like providing books in the room. I loved that there were lots of places other than the bedroom to meet other guests, like the bar, or In the reception room.

Cons:

basically not applicable:
Honestly it was a splurge but it was worth it.

Room could have been bigger- but it was super cosy and I liked that.

Could have been a coffee machine- but also free coffee in multiple locations around the venue. So not a problem

I wish I had breakfast or dinner- my fault for not booking

Wonderful first class
Pros:

We wanted to say what a fantastic experience we all had at the Queensbury this weekend. Perfect location close enough to all the historic sites in Bath which we wanted to visit and yet peaceful and calm in the evenings. Perfect relaxed atmosphere in the lounge and bar area. Very attentive staff who were not only on hand to assist but anticipated our needs. The Rooms were all excellent, lots of space to relax and all of a high standard and spotless. There was an excellent choice for breakfast to meet everyone's taste. The Taster Menu in the Restaurant was superb, each of the 7 courses was beautifully presented, delicious, and the explanation of the each course by different members of your chef’s team regarding the ingredients and how and why they were combined, was fascinating and added further to the enjoyment of the meal. Incredible selection of wines to accompany the meal and the sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and their selection was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone look to stay in Bath, and it was very good value when considering the quality and level of service.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:
