Cons:

die Betten wurden nicht gemacht.Reinigung gab es auch nicht.
Toilettenpapier war nicht ausreichend vorhanden.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Stadt ist für einen Kurzurllaub ideal. Gerne immer wieder.

Optisch ansprechend und alles gut organisiert, aber der menschliche Kontakt fehlte.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, man kann diese aber bequem zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichen. Das Hotel liegt unterhalb des Schlosses. Vom Frühstücksraum aus kann man direkt oberhalb das Schloss sehen. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, das sehr hübsch möbliert war, das Bad offenbar frisch renoviert. Das Zimmer im 2.Stock zu erreichen setzte aber eine gewisse Sportlichkeit voraus, man musste 2 längere und zwei kurze Treppen bewältigen, was ich nicht schlimm fand. In dem Zimmer herrschte Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit.

Cons:

Die Personalausstattung. Ich musste meinen zimmerschlüssel am Nachmittag bei meiner Ankunft mit einem Code aus einem schlüsselkasten entnehmen und habe auch den Rest des Tages niemanden gesehen. Man fühlt sich in dem Hotel irgendwie alleingelassen, zumindest mir ging es so. Die Rezeption war nur geringfügig besetzt. Positiv war, dass ich wegen eines nicht-funktionierenden Fernsehers ernst genommen wurde, als ich eine tel. Nummer für Notfälle anrief. Am nächsten Morgen kam sofort ein Techniker, der das Problem beseitigte.
