Pros:

l'architecture de l' hôtel un peu vintage, l'emplacement prés de la telecabine de la Flégère. la chambre un peu etroite mais confortable. L'accueil en anglais pour un fraco-italien ! !

Cons:

quelques ratés dans la prise de commande du repas et la commande des verres de vin. Le paiement aussi était alléatoire soit avant le depart soit après consommation ?? Pourquoi ne pas faire simple ? Peut-être peur des mauvais payeurs ?

Great location, clean rooms, good value for money. Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Great location to lift

Cons:

Only downside was that i could smell old smoke in my room (as if someone had been smoking in the hotel room), but as we only stayed for one night it wasn’t much of an issue.

Pros:

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Flegere lift, opposite bus stops to take you to Chamonix town centre or Les Houches. Rooms cleaned everyday.

Pros:

L'hotel est bien situé, 30 min à pied du centre de chamonix, 10 min en bus. A 200m de la télécabine.
L'happy hour du bar de l'hotel est intéressant.
Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur montagne, nous avions donc une belle vue sur une des aiguilles.

Cons:

Pas de bouilloire ni de mini frigo dans la chambre.

Pros:

Le personnel a été très accueillant et à notre écoute. Il nous a même surclassé afin que nous puissions avoir une chambre double.

Cons:

La qualité des matelas et le petit déjeuner peu fournit.

Great one night stay, would defiantly stay again
Pros:

Great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the Ski lift

Room was spacious, comfy bed, and a big bath.

Staff friendly & welcoming

Cons:

Being a non smoker, you could tell someone had been previously smoking in the room, however, it would not put me off staying again.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Je vous avoue que je suis rarement déçue, mais là… à ce niveau, je dois le dire. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre, il faisait 15/16 degrés dans la chambre. Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, se laver à l’eau froide, la cryothérapie… très peu pour moi. Petit déjeuner très standard pour 14€/ personne.
Je sais que chamonix peut être cher, on vient d’Annecy, on sait ce que c’est… mais on a bien compris ce que veut dire « l’or blanc » et le fait d’encaisser les touristes !
