Os funcionários são muito gentis. O hotel tem excelente custo/benefício e boa localização. As condições estruturais do local poderiam estar melhores, mas o baixo custo acaba compensando o valor.
God valuta for pengene!
The room was not clean, there were many ants in the room. To make things worst, in three days we stayed, the room was not cleaned at all. Even though I requested every day.
We were five in the room, they only brought us two towels. They did not bring clean towels during our entire stay. I had to ask many times and they finally brought towels at 11 PM on our last day.
The breakfast was also terrible. We couldn't even dare to try.
Çok kötü asla beğenmedim her şey kötüydü şura bir daha gelmem
I stayed at the property for 8 days and my room was only cleaned ONCE. I hardly stayed in and Would go out early and come back to the room exactly as I left it. The day I decided to sleep in on day 3 or 4 the cleaner came banging on the door and when I opened she said oh. You are sleeping?? The stairways smelled of sewers and there were ants all over the kitchen. Not all lightbulbs were working. I would not recommend it to be honest. But then again if you pay peanuts…there are other nicer places within that area with similar prices.
There’s no elevator to the 3rd floor, I had to drag my luggage up and down the stairs (I’m a 67 years old lady). The bed springs almost out of the mattress, dirty dusty curtains. They offer a washer in the studio and there’s none. I tried to cancel and they charged me twice. Terrible experience. NON RECOMMENDED!
It is what it is. For the price, I think it’s like a local old apartment in a bit of disrepair. However, the bonus is that the property is close by everything and walking distance to metro. The staff at the hotel are amazing and very nice. They were good with English and very helpful! So that was a bonus as well.
checked in, at first they gave a terrible room of a lower category than it was booked. Dirt everywhere, wires hanging from the ceiling, curtains torn, shower door broken, hair on the bed. They said there is no other room and had to spend the night in it. The hotel refused to make a refund and the next day they gave another room, but it was also dirty, there was no door in the shower, the chest of drawers was broken! This is a terrible hotel, don't stay there!
I stayed at the Three Apples in 2010. It was really good then. Now It's fallen into disrepair and needs a revamp. On the upside the apartments are clean and the towels and sheets are new. Also, it's a great location for the sake of getting around İstanbul.
Das aufenthalt war gar nich gut
Staff and rooms were good at a reasonable cost
Breakfast was also good
It is in centre of Istanbul
We can walk on walking street
Three Apples No Go!!!!!!!!!!
t was horrible climb the 4 floors without elevator with our luggage, there were pierced across bed sheets,
very very dirty curtains, the shower door was already broken and each coming day I have to ask for toilet paper.
second day at the hotel I present myself for breakfast the service was empty and when I reclame to the receptionist he informed me that the person who take care off the service is absent.
I have to take over to prepare coffee for me and other customers waiting to be served.
For an inexpensive hotel in an excellent location, this is a great little place. It has some quirks, (they shut the water off at night, but you just call the front desk if you're up early and they turn it back on). The suites are small, but comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The one downside was not being able to check in before 2 PM, so if your flight gets in early, you have to wait. But even that is no big deal - you can drop off your luggage and head off to eat in one of the many little restaurants off Taksim Square. It's a noisy, lively area, but I still found the rooms to be quiet. If you're from the U.S., you'll need adaptors for your chargers (laptops, smartphones). I brought my MacBook Pro, which has a 3-prong power cord. Finding the 220V adapter was difficult. They sell the 2-prong adapters everywhere (work with iPhone charger). Just bring your own 3 to 2 prong AC outlet converter and then you can use the Turkish 2 prong 220V adapters.
Facilities: Clean & working condition; Value: Reasonable for Turkey; Service: Courteous; Cleanliness: Hygienic ;
Bit tricky to find without some help but the locals are so nice and friendly that this is not too difficult.
Only spent one night here, but was perfectly happy. No problems, and would stay in again and for longer if the need came up. I checked in rather late (midnight or so) and that wasn't a problem.
