Three Apples Residence

This hotel is a joke!!! It is a shame that it is listed by Hotels.com. I hope and I am sure that it is gonna be unlisted from now on. When we arrived at the hotel the manager told us we're going to be relocated. He took us a couple of hundred meters across the street and wanted to
accomodate us in a dodgy flat. I told the man this is not what we've paid for and we got into a dispute. He was very rude and started swearing as was very unproffessional. I got in touch with Hotels.com and they helped me with relocation to another hotel. I am very pleased with urgent and very proffessional help I received from Hotels.com when this situation occured.
In summary, DONT ever book this hotel!!!

Very appropriate and satisfying accommodations for the price near Taksim

This chain has three properties at different locations. The company expect their customers to check in at head office located near Taksim Square and then move to the reserved property. However the company does not mention this condition anywhere on the reservation sheet.
I had two bookings at different dates with this hotel. During my first booking , I went to the property , I had booked. The premises were locked and nobody was attending the same. Finally we stayed elsewhere . Subsequently we came to know about this matter and for the second , we stayed at this property.
We faced lot of hardship on the matter and the management was too casual on this issue.

As a family we really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was spacious, very close to Taksim square, and friendly staff.
all in all great experience.

It's bad if we compare it with anthers hotel by same price

Hotel wollte doppelt abkassieren, sowie die Beschreibung freies Parken ist falsch angegeben.
Günstige Zimmer sind in einem anderem Gebäude ein paar Straßen weiter untergebracht, ohne Rezeption. Nach ewig gleichen Diskussionen ( 3 std. warzezeit)mit Mitarbeiter blieben wir ergebnisslos.

Three Apples has two building (Suites and Residence). I originally booked The Residence. It is along a very unsavoury street. It has bars on the windows and there is a lot of noise from outside. Dont stay at The Residence unless you are a backpacker and money is very high priority. Even then, I would think you could find a better hostel. We moved very quickly to the suites which are ok.

호텔의 프론트 데스크 있는곳은 탁심광장의 주변이지만 호텔은 다른곳에 있어서 구글맴을 통해 찾아가기 매우 어려웠습니다
구글맴의 위치는 그냥 잠 자는 곳에 표시가 되어 있어 찾아가도 문은 잠겨있고 관리인은 아무도 없어서 주변에서 찾다가 택시 20리라로 3분거리로 바가지 쓰고 갔습니다
구글맴의 위치가 프론트데스크의 위치라도 표시되어있으면 약 1시간동안 고생하지 않았을겁니다

Room facilities were good. staff was very helpful and good but couldn't sleep properly because of the outside noise of kids and people shouting outside the rooms. street is very dirty and people are very noisy.

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were rude and especially the manager was a real piece of work. The way they handled themselves in regards to an IT booking problem was appalling. I would avoid staying here unless desperate

The hotel is quite good but the electricity in our room keeps tripping off when cooking and it takes about 20 mins to get someone to fix it each time we call the reception. It’s not a big problem as it was from the Circuit breaker and when you are in the middle of cooking and you have to wait 20 mins the food might be messed up but i think this problem is with only our room. Also the environment is a bit noise especially at night as kids are playing outside till late. The hotel itself is nice and very comfortable the staff are very helpful and the location is convenient for Taskim square and other places. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to add that the people living close to the hotel are very nice and welcoming.

It was a good stay, however you can get better hotels in Istanbul for cheaper .. same central location

We reached Istanbul at late at night after a long flight. Despite the location of the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the staff and were even offered us hot beverages. The bellman was really great and helped went the extra mile for us to get settled in the room. He even offered to buy us some supper from a nearby eatery. Huge room for the price, clean and well maintained. Excellent service.

I purchased the book at this hotel on expedia, as so often in recent years, but what happened to me about this hotel exceeds all expectations.
less than a week after returning home, one of their employees hounding me, asking me copies of passport and credit card. call in weekendu-ri, call after 12 o'clock Saturday night. is simply unbelievable, a nightmare that never ends.

The main problem with this hotel is that the hotel has a main location and apartments in locations farther away from Takseem Maydan. When we booked online, we were booking for the main location. However, when we went there, we got placed in one of the apartments located farther away which was in not a great neighborhood. When we said that was not the room we booked, they said that room is the only available for us and that the main location has a higher rate. Other than that, the staff was helpful.

Surrounding neighborhood is so dirty but the room is quite good. Staff at the taksim suites are very cooperative, while those in charge of house keeping are not doing the job

The hotel is nice but the residence is a lot further away than expected and appear on the map, the suits are in a far better location than the residence.

Very well situated, can walk everywhere. Felt very safe there and the apartment was beautiful, well decorated and very secure.

Nice apartment with air con. Location very hard to find, no taxi drivers seemed to find it. It is better to go straight to the three apples hotel instead up the road where you need to collect keys anyway. would have been helpful to know this beforehand. Apartment is nice but the area is very poor and has prostitutes later in the night.
