The staff were very friendly and we found the location good and close to our relatives. Our bed was very comfortable and linen was nice to sleep in.

Cons:

We wished that we had more than one toilet paper roll as we ran out and didn't want to ask for it. The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimal.

Great service, extremely clean and comfortable!
Pros:

The building and the rooms were very clean. The service staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite.
There is a supermarket right next door! And it is very close to mamore waterfalls- not to be missed!
We had a very nice and comfortable stay!

Cons:

If only they had a pool...
The water pressure in the showers was very low.

Apartment-like hotel with nice staff

This apartment-like hotel has clear room and good bathroom. WiFi works well and the bed is comfortable. The stuff is nice with good communication.

Es ist die beste Unterkunft, in der ich seit Jahren in Italien war!!!!Auch wenn wir häufig in 4 **** Hotels absteigen! Großartig!Top Appartement, groß, bestens ausgestattet! Absolut sauber.Sehr angenehmes Bett, sehr ruhig!2 Fernseher, 2 Klima Anlagen, Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer!Man kann 24 Stunden einchecken, nicht, wie mitgeteilt, nur bis 20 Uhr!!!!!Einfach anläuten!Sehr freundlicher Empfang!Auch Englisch! Absolut vom Feinsten, wir kommen wieder! Frühstück wird, mit 4,-€ pro Person, zur gewünschten Uhrzeit aufs Appartement geliefert!!!!!!

Pros:

It was a very nice stay. The apartment was very cosy, clean and the staff was very friendly. Supermarket is just in the next building. Everything was very fine! I felt like at home.

Pros:

Come già detto da altri, è come un'hotel, ma con appartamenti invece che stanze. L'appartamento era bello, con dotazioni essenziali della cucina.
Acqua calda e climatizzazione perfetti.
Wifi... non proprio eccellente, funzionava un po' a scatti.
Alla reception c'era un foglio con scritta la possibilità di avere una bella colazione, a un prezzo modico, in camera, ma non è bene in evidenza, non mi hanno detto nulla e mi è molto dispiaciuto non sfruttarla.
Adiacente alla struttura c'è un supermercato ben fornito, per potersi arrangiare con i pasti.
Parcheggio libero (gratuito) trovato facilissimamente davanti al residence.
Un po' scomoda la posizione delle poltrone rispetto alla TV (in mezzo c'è il tavolo da pranzo), che funzionava però alla perfezione. Forse un po' scarsa l'illuminazione: c'era una lampada lontana da qualsiasi presa. L'ho spostata, ma non funzionava.
A parte questi piccoli dettagli (solitamente la TV non la guardo mai) tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura se dovessi ricapitare da queste parti.
