Estive hospedado neste hotel no período de 30/07/2026 a 03/08/2026 e registro aqui minha insatisfação com uma série de falhas graves ocorridas na reta final da minha estadia.
Cheguei na noite anterior ao meu check-out e fui atendido pelo Sr. Ícaro. Como sairia às 4h da madrugada, solicitei que ele antecipasse o fechamento da conta, para evitar perda de tempo no momento da saída. Fui informado de que isso só poderia ser feito no momento efetivo do check-out — resposta que aceitei — mas pedi, ao menos, que fosse fechada a consumação do frigobar/consumo do quarto. Havíamos consumido apenas uma garrafa de água; mesmo assim, foi lançada também uma Coca-Cola que eu não havia consumido. Disse que não tínhamos consumido o item, ponderando que talvez minha esposa o tivesse feito, e paguei por ambos os itens para não haver qualquer pendência. Solicitei ainda que me acordassem no horário combinado e informei que um motorista viria buscar a mim e minha esposa para o aeroporto.
Ao encontrar minha esposa, ela confirmou que não havia consumido a Coca-Cola. Diante disso, liguei novamente para a recepção e relatei o ocorrido ao Sr. Ícaro.
Perguntei especificamente se poderiam me acordar às 3h30, e a resposta foi afirmativa. Essa chamada simplesmente não foi feita — pelo contrário, quando desci por conta própria, encontrei os responsáveis dormindo no sofá, conforme relato a seguir. Ou seja, além de negligentes, descumpriram um compromisso assumido diretamente comigo.
O fato mais grave, no entanto, ocorreu às 3h45 da madrugada: ao descer para a recepção, deparei-me com o Sr. Ícaro e outro funcionário — cujo nome não fiz questão de anotar diante da indignação do momento — dormindo no sofá — a mesma chamada que haviam prometido fazer e simplesmente ignoraram.
