O quarto não tinha secador de cabelo, acho isso bem ruim. Mas o mais chato foi que ao fazer a reserva não tive a informação clara que não estava incluso o cafe da manha e nem apareceu a opção de incluir. Apenas fiquei sabendo no momento do e mail de confirmação. Ao fazer o check in o funcionário comentou que essa é uma queixa recorrente dos hospedes booking. Penso que precisa ser revista essa forma de comunicação.
