Wonderful boutique hotel in great location.
Pros:

Great location. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast selections. 8th floor spa was nice way to clean up before midnight flight back home.

Spacious, contemporary, friendly!
Pros:

This is a fantastic option if you enjoy a more boutique style of accommodation. The reception is always friendly, with a warm welcome from the doorman as you arrive. There is a great restaurant with a friendly team.

Breakfast is a great dejection of healthy options and from a cooked menu.

The room is very spacious and well appointed. Ours could have done with a bit more attention to maintenance, but overall it was a great experience with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. A nice touch was the ‘welcome’ bottle of wine and two wine glasses.

The spa massage was good, and the pool nicely heated to around 37 deg - so it was nice to relax in and then chill on one of the comfy loungers.

Checkout was good and the process smooth.

I’d highly recommend staying here and would do so again.

Great location, great staff, excellent restaurants
Pros:

Very clean, great location, safe area, many restaurants nearby, relatively close to AEP airport, nice spa, had a decent massage at a good price, breakfast was excellent.
Room was a suite 601 and was very large. Could stream Netflix, Prime, Disney and YouTube on the 2 TV’s in the room with help setting up by staff.
The in-house steak restaurant is excellent .

Cons:

Few electrical outlets, couldn’t figure out how to hook up Apple TV, but the smart TV worked.

Perfeito. Ótima localização, café da manhã excelente e atendimento cordial.

Cons:

Única “reclamação” seria a falta de porta toalha de rosto e banho. Fiquei na habitação da cobertura, e isso fez falta.

Clean, great staff, central location
Pros:

The location was central, the staff were phenomenal, and the room was clean and lovely. The staff knew it was my partner's birthday - they kindly greeted us upon arrival and said happy birthday, and they brought us a complimentary cake to our room with a sweet note. They also provided us with a free room upgrade. We felt very well taken care of during our stay to say the least.
